Well now the "Your Bitcoin investment history" correctly shows my investment and EncryptoTel Amount. But under the "My EncryptoTel Tokens" box, it shows 0.
On the slack the team said that there is a display error but all funds are safe and secure on the blockchain along with the timestamp of deposit. This is not a problem of Encryptotel but of the ICO platform ICO spend on the platform Incent, probably it is not designed for such a large number of people wishing to participate in the company. All investments are fixed in the blockchain, not worth worrying about. So the developers must contribute to the Incent platform so that there are no more such bugs in the future, because people here have real money and are waiting for everything to be displayed accordingly. It takes a little time, fix bugs do not always get quickly. I think a bit of trepidation and everything will be fixed. This has happened to other projects, here I am sure there is not anything terrible Everything will be fine and the project is very promising. |

Something is wrong. My token shows that I have 0 tokens. What is going on?
Same here. It shows 0 token in the top right and I used BTC My tokens are also not displayed in the wallet, it looks like such a problem for everyone and in the near future everything will fix it ...
Also not seeing any balance in the dashboard, invested with Waves.

There is a display issue with the Incent ICO portal we are using for the crowdsale. Your deposits are safe and secure on the blockchain, their timestamp + rate + bonus are recorded correctly. The display issues will be resolved long before the withdraw process begins, you have our guarantee on that. We do apologize for the inconvenience. I have invested some BTC, I can see transaction on dashboard but "My EncryptoTel Tokens" shows 0. Did I just lost my BTC or its just a visual glitch?

If the current speed will continue of course we are going see it reaching to the maximum funding target even much earlier than the end of the next month. I also think in more couple of weeks all targets will meet. There is huge interest in the project by various communities to not miss this chance.

But the speed will slow down. As for less bonus, less people will put money in. Anyway, even 1.5mil is already a success now. |
