I'm down 35% since I bought in.
Looking forward to seeing it bounce back when the beta is released.
Just gotta HODL

And now you are down another 40% or so. It always saddens me when people cling to the "HODL" mantra no matter what. It's not wrong to exit a losing position, you can buy back later.

For some reasons, EQT is currently completely ignored by the market. It's now even lower than in May when it was introduced and before the "summer of alts". Not the best time to buy or HODL, it probably needs to go a lot lower till it finds a bottom.
Price is a pity.
Nevertheless I think this one is one of the few legit projects in crypto, so I see the current price as a nice buying opportunity. I doubt that it will go under 3000-4000 sats

honestly, this depends on what BTC does.

49% now.
Ya, youre right man. To be honest I was brand new to crypto when I bought in and should have waited for it to come down.
Kicking myself I didnt put the money into NEO as it was still 7.50euro at the time.
But here I am, lesson learned.
I'll hold until after the beta anyway. It "should" go up a but by then.
If not, I hope the coins I have from staking will take some of the brunt from the hit

If the dev would just release his identity to bittrex and pay the fee eqt could get on bittrex

Or the eqt community can step up and fund the listing, regardless Bittrex listing would make the coin more attractive to investors.

Do developers these days have to reveal their identity to Bittrex in order for their coin to get listed? I missed that if it is the case.

Im pretty sure that is the case, why would an exchange as big as bitrex add some tandon coin with unknown devs?
If the coin tanks hard the blame will fall on bittrex so they would have to sort of all the legal issues much before listing it imo

Sure totally makes sense. I just remember those days where I wished Bittrex was would have been aware of the identity of a developer you know Wink And then they said they are not and nobody can be blamed in the end.

I hear ya man. I thought being down 50% was going to be the biggest loss here, sucks to be down 80%.
I hope something happens soon or I'll be down there with you

Always, there is some good support for good coins, but this coin hasn't that support. dev team and top investors should set some buy walls as a support to avoid a drop in prices.

Hey,
Is there any organized tutorial how to compile EQT wallet on rpi3?
I found something on this thread in page 44 but it doesn't work for me.. (the step 3 doesn't make any sence, from where this stratisX folder came from?)
It would be really appreciated if someone can help me on this.. I want to stake and contribute to the community.. otherwise I'll have to sell off my coins to other POS coin :/

Thanks in advance!

Hey man
I wrote that awhile back.
I pretty much copied the steps from a Stratis Staking Post - Found here https://olcko.gitbooks.io/staking-stratis-on-a-raspberry-pi/content/
You can pretty much copy the steps from that, just replace the GIT and folder names

Just replace stratisX with the EquiTrader folder. Cant remember the name.
PM me if you need a hand

Why do you all keep saying this is a good project? The dev is anonymous, never communicates, the work looks cheap, the people that shilled it to you are actually no body's, and this thread is mainly new accounts crying about the coin swap. I have free money staking in this after a quick trade. I couldn't imagine having real capital sitting in this hot trash.

Why is the price decreased that much in the last 24 hours? We lost already 66.29% since yesterday. Is the dev team still here? I wasn´t around for some weeks, that´s why i have no idea.

That’s not accurate. A small amount was purchased to 50k sats yesterday, instead of 5k.

There is more than 1 dev and the owner is not anonymous, get your facts straight?
There is communication and updates on telegram and twitter.
Some of these nobodies surely make more research on every aspect of a project than you do.
