Cryptopia halted trading of Ethbits while the upgrade was completed.They are then doing the upgrade bit for you so that the token balances will move across to the new Ethbits contract.Does it mean our ethbits balance on cryptopia gets upgraded automatically?Or do we need to move them to MEW to upgrade?

The team at Cryptopia were really helpful, given the way their accounts are managed, they decided it was best to halt trading of Ethbits while the upgrade was completed. They are then doing the upgrade bit for you so that the token balances will move across to the new Ethbits contract. As soon as they are done, they’ll resume trading again. You may just need to recreate any orders that were deleted when trading was halted, and then you can carry on trading.

What is the time limit to upgrade our ethbits token?I mean before what date should we upgrade it and what will happen if we failed to upgrade before that deadline?will our old ethbits become useless?

I think so because you need to upgrade it already they provide screenshots on the blog. Right now they are in Audit process they found they some coding problem so they suggested upgrading to a different contract. So that you will not miss the dividends.

Total supply of this token seem to be decreasing, it use to be 1.6 Million and now its just 1,126,721 ETB. The upgrade must have been the cause of this.

In most cases you shouldnt be able to lose your ethbits if you fail the upgrade. It might be possible but if you are a little careful, it should be pretty unlikely.

I dont know if there is a deadline but it is a different token, so you should be careful not to mix them up by mistake.

Did you upgrade your contract or not, before transferring to exchanges you need to upgrade your contract. Already the specified all the screen shots for upgrading in their blog. Kindly follow those-those are very easy steps to upgrade to a new contract.

When it will be resumed to trade on cryptopia? When will it be listed on Bittrex, Liqui etc? I have successfully upgraded after screenshot of the process is posted, it seems some people still have problem upgrading token.

Mine does the same so I am assuming its correct. I am guessing they wont show on ethplorer until they have been moved. The tokens also show up on MEW.
