I'd like to say that I'm a very rational guy and accept the losses as an inevitable part of the game.
Actually, when it happens, I'm very upset, I balme myself and my stupidity, I start to say that I don't want to trade anymore, and all kind of emotional response.
I don't know if there is a way to get rid of them, but...that's me :-)

That is being brave, accept your loses so you will see your weaknesses and it will help you to develop yourself to become more mature in trading.
It's a trial and error until you successfully find the formula that will give you consistency, and when you have that, you'll taste the sweet victory.

 I never buy in pick & I never sale in loss. This is the coolest & easy way to avoid loss. SO try it with your patience .

I dont or at least I try not to. If I'm in loss I usually hold until I can sell for a profit. For example I'm still holding my sia coin and hopefully one day I will be bake to sell for a profit however things aren't looking too good right now. And of you do make a loss just move on, there's no point to be mad.

My friend lost many money just because he send Bitcoin to the wallet of USDT on Binance exchange while he has some losses on trading make his mentality become panic.

Thats a very expensive mistake to make and even myself would lose such big amount will really make me panic considering that it is equivalent on having my salary for about 20 years in my life time. Imagine that thing?But well people do have different status when it comes to finances which there are poor,average,filthy rich which can really afford to lose up huge amounts. In dealing with loss, I think the best thing to do is to just move on because it will just be a hindrance on one's success if he or she will be stuck on that particular moment and just focus where it all went wrong. So, just learn from the mistake made and keep on trying because there is no where else to go but up when one fell down.

Dealing with loss? is the best way is to challenge self. Yes it is its hard, but you need to stand up and face it. No matter what just refocus again and have self confidence, and slowly recover. make a plan and the reward will follow.
