Might not mean much, but I feel bad for everyone who invested time and money in this and got taken. I was browsing the forums yesterday and saw in the ANN section that there is a new "Tor" integrated coin called ONION. I didn't read too much into it, but if anyone is still interested in the possibility of a coin with Tor integration then maybe check that one out. Who knows, perhaps their dev did it right and isn't trying to scam anyone.

I warned everyone here not to invest in this bullshit with valid reasons and arguments so many times. But they were in denial and stupid and kept calling me a fuder. Now dev has abandoned you and you have lost thousands (collectively) of money. And the best part? A new coin called deeponion has just emerged and unlike thetorcoin it has true Tor support from day 1, as somebody would expect. And something like 90 % of coins is given out for free through bounties through signature campain. Their momentum is huge and the devs seem quite serious and not childish like the one here.

Which means there is no chance for torSCAMcoin to ever recover. After so much time of the dumbasses here calling me a fuder it feels nice to tell you:

The dev last active is june 14 but look the date as of now is june16 thats 1 month ago the dev active. I hope this thread will update and I hope the dev will become active because many people have tor coin worried about their coin that they have. Scamming the Scammer: How I Hacked the TorCoin Faucet

A few things to know about the faucet: 1. It pays out and resets on the 56th minute of every hour. 2. It checks for unique IPs and unique TorCoin deposit addresses.

The Tor Browser (ironically) can be used to give you a unique IP every time you visit the site. Coinexchange.io lets you create a very large number of functioning TorCoin deposit addresses. These can just be stored in a text file. Now, the only thing holding you back is how fast you can do the Capcha. The payout and the reset happens every hour. I've got the faucet to pay out up to 50 times per hour. All my TorCoin was then transfered to Cryptopia.co.nz where it was sold for Litecoin using their TOR/LTE pair.

Obviously everything that is happening makes us assume that
Thetorcoin has escaped with the treasure and left us just while
everything was returning to normal, do you really think this
has logic?

It is clear that there are no plausible reasons for abandoning
everything in full equilibrium. How many of you escaped with no reason
at all when everything was returning to normal, abandoning
everything even holding more than 1,000,000 Torcoin?

Some people are stating that Carsen left after he found out that Tor wasn't supportive of torcoin using their logo and was threatening to sue, and others have been saying that Carsen ripped off torcoin with the torcoin he received being the head developer for a short amount of time.
