The coins will not be swapped automatically no, in order to swap them from an exchange you just need to send them to the address provided on the swap page and fill out the form.

what coin was forked to create this?
It was forked from Blackcoin PoS3. It requires mining at the start or else the chain won't move and nobody could stake. Once enough people have the new version the chain will be able to sustain itself without mining if people stake. The mining period is for ~2 months which should be enough time to have the swap running. Once PoW ends at block 40320 then the swap will end. ~CryptoDatabase - Temp. Board Manager

wallet sync stuck at block 771...is it normal?
The chain may have forked, resyncing the block files might fix this. I'll send a message to the developer to see what is going on. how to resyncing the block files? Well there is probably nothing wrong at your side, so local sync wont help. Will have to wait for CryptoDatabase to get his answer from developer. But wait something just happened, i just received my stake. How does it look at your side? My wallet shows its fully synced with the network up to block 796. Strange. And now block 797 and rising, i believe we are ok. i restart my wallet after i saw your post..and yes it is ok now..block 798..thanks! Hm, but i still believe something is wrong, the chain should produces a block approx. every 2 min but looking at explorer is makes no sense. Cleary we are still missing something. Hope CrypoDatabase will bring some light to this issue. The last block was found 20 min ago....and we are still at block 799...clearly not good. Even transactions don't get confirmed. But eventually everything will be good. The network hashrate has dropped significantly, it could be not enough power for mining but not sure. I'll send another message to the developers to see what is going on. There's nothing wrong. It's just that it's not worth to mine. Today I was mining alone during 12 hours producing 282 coins which is nothing but it's what is supposed to be according to HYPER specs (or a little less [360]). There has to be an extra incentive to mine to move the blockchain. After this test, I stop mining at 23:46 Madrid Time.

Having the chain moving should be incentive enough. If everyone quits mining before stakes are fully moving the blockchain then HYPER is dead. It is very disappointing that people can't just help to help. I've invested over 0.4 BTC into the relaunch of HYPER and months of my time along with the projects ive made/remade and currently working on for HYPER just so this community can keep going and haven't requested a single penny for anything I've done. Shouldn't be too much to ask, takes no effort to mine.

i am not sure about cryptopia... they said something about may 22nd. does it mean they will add hyper 2.0? Is there any idea what tag they will use then? I simply ask to avoid calling it hyper 2.0 on the exchange

I simply ask to avoid calling it hyper 2.0 on the exchange The name and ticker for HYPER will remain the same. The coin path is hyper-v2 so it doesn't cause confusion with the old version and keeps it separated. Not sure what Cryptopia plans on doing, someone would have to mail them and see. I don't like the owners and they have stolen from my friends so I have nothing to do with them at all.

I also think stake blocks takes priority over PoW but I'm not sure, would be something I would have to ask the developers.

Sparkpool is around 300MH/s I should be getting about 1/3 of the PoW blocks, but all I find get rejected.. I'll leave it like that for now, I may eventually find one. When I can confirm the pool operates fine, I'll announce it.

The current hash power is at 339.5435 MH right now with a difficulty of around 10 at the time of this post so it may not need that amount of power.

The HYPER swap is going well and moving along nicely. I modified the swap page confirmed transactions as I realized I had included 2 transactions twice in reference to coins that I held for other people during the process of obtaining a new wallet. This has now been corrected and the totals are accurate.

What power we need to find these blocks? 1G ? 5G ? Don't worry about the hashrate, yesterday with 200 khs was more than enough, I was reducing the powerhash from 500 khs to 200 because as I was alone, that was sufficient to break a block every 2 minutes more or less. Now, there are more than 500 Mhs which is 2500 times more. So the net is very healthy from 200 khs.
