@blackarrow any idea as to when the group manufacturing units will start to ship?
EDIT: Got my DHL tracking #, so looks like the group manufacturing units are on their way.

Received my Lancelot from the group manufacturing run today, and it is happily hashing away. Great service, thanks.

One of my Lancelots no longer reacts to power at all. No LEDs light up, the fan does not even try to move, supplying power by the ATX connector or by the barrel connector, neither way does it show any reaction at all. nothing looks obviously broken or burned or melted. It seems unlikely both power connectors broke at once so maybe the on/off switch could be no longer working or i don't know what else. Are there any particular things to look for that would make it totally show no reaction at all when supplied with power?

Thanks. Looks like on this model it is F2, on the underside of the board, under the ATX connector. I will take it somewhere capable of checking whether there is or is not any connection still between one end of the fuse and the other I guess since there is no visual indication of its being blown. -MarkM-

If the metal ends of the thing are what you'd need to short then I guess the fuse is not blown, because shorting across those ends does not make any LEDs light up nor the fan move or any other visible effect.
I thus figured maybe the actual connections you'd need to short must be under the thing and my guess based on old time glass tube fuses that the ends are the contacts was wrong.
Hmm if the fuse is fine what next would make it ignore power?
Also, the fact its labelled F2 makes me think maybe there is another fuse somewhere, an F1, though I have not located such a thing yet.

Ahhh damn it.
One of my units appears to have died after two days of use ( from receiving ).
USB becomes unresponsive, all the expected lights come on. Primary bank has all lights on (tx/rx/idle/valid), second bank just has the idle light on. Taking the end of the board with the molex connector as the top, the top left hand side of the board gets very hot (80-100 deg) used my IR temp gun to check board temps.
Any ideas? From visual inspection I can't see anything out of the ordinary, if there was a short surely a fuse would have gone.. but it all seems fine.

At current difficulty I think you only get about 2 BTC per year for 400MH. I wouldn't mention this, but on your page it still says about the 3 month ROI. It's more like 18 months if difficulty increases by 0%.

We have several units left and we're clearing the stock.
At $250/pcs they are a bargain for FPGA developers. No other development board is sold this cheap.

I'm having trouble getting my Lancelot to play nice with BFGMiner. Luke-Jr says he could help if he had a board for testing. Any chance you guys could slide one over to him so he can iron out whatever the issues are?

My two boards are running using CGminer version 3.2.2 Thanks for this great software product Kano.
However over the course of a 7 days of running each board is reporting about an 8% hardware failure rate. I usually restart CGminer every weekend. I have an external fan blowing across the boards as well as the small fans on the heat sinks.
Can someone post post a their command line parameters because I'm sure that this error rate is way too high.
thanks

Yes 8% is too high. Post an output line here like: BLT 0: | 398.5M/399.3Mh/s | A: 8922 R: 0 HW: 18 WU: 5.6/m
(that rig is running at 154 diff at the moment with other hardware - almost 32 hours runtime) If you are running 3.2.2 (not 3.3.2) then it may not be 8% Firstly, make sure you start cgminer with at least --api-listenThen in the cgminer directory run: java API summaryand post that here also in a [ code] [ /code] If you have multiple BLTs or other devices, then that will include a summary of them all. In that case, you can java API "pga|0"Of course the "0" would have to match the API number for the device, if you have more than one ... also ... if you have to restart cgminer to add --api-listen, then you'll need to let it run for at least a few hours to get results that are somewhat meaningful. The numbers of interest are: "Difficulty Accepted" "Difficulty Rejected" "Hardware Errors"

Dear All, The day to announce officially our new ASIC has arrived. It has been a while since we have joined our forces with VeriSilicon to make this happen. As Black Arrow promised to all the customers who trusted and worked with us from the beginning, everyone who has purchased Black Arrow’s Lancelot mining devices and wishes to exchange them against Black Arrow Prospero miners will receive $300 credit for each Lancelot exchanged. Lancelot machines credit can be used against up to 30% of the amount on pre-orders or against up to 50% of the amount on orders. This credit has no cash value. For more details read this thread or visit our webpage www.blackarrowsoftware.com
