seams they promised more than they can deliver...
We have promised to the customers that we've accepted payments from. As I wrote few minutes before, we are doing our best to make them and ship to everybody but our suppliers are giving us a very hard time. Regards! Ok you didnt promised really but with which scheme you asked buyers for payment? not in the sequence the orders where placed? its ok to do so but not transparent...

Money hasn't been taken, and blackarrow has been upfront with us all the way. So no harm done. I'm itching to pay for my 10 + ATX adaptor. If it would be 8 weeks, then I would have to decide nearer the time.

We do not ship the orders by the order number. We ship them in the order that we've received the payments.
WHAT? I don't get this. So why did you put this information: "(...) please place your order online and do _not_ pay for it. We will send you a payment reminder as soon as they are in stock." I didn't get any payment reminder ...

Why would anyone buy this?
It will never pay for itself.
Even at the current difficulty, it would take more than 6 months to make your money back.
And the difficulty is only going to increase, A LOT in the next couple of months.
These units won't pay for their own power in a month or two.

What do you suggest we buy that is deliverable in the next week or two?

Because, although not announced yet, we'll offer the warranty that if they do not recover the money in 6 months, we will replace them with ASICs that will.

Just a quick update. We're sending everybody who've placed orders and have not yet paid this message. We think it is the fairest thing to do right now. We welcome useful suggestions.
We have an update for your order:
We will have in stock 50 x Lancelot devices on Friday but this is not enough to complete all our backlog. For this reason you might not get the order in time.
You can now pay your order but if you do so you agree to the following conditions:
We will ship the orders on first paid, first shipped basis.
If we've sold all the above stock and you have not paid by then, we will put your order status back on "Backordered" If your payment arrives after we've sold this stock you can ask for a refund immediatelly (you will cover all the refund or exchange fees where aplicable - none for Bitcoin) or you can let us know by next Monday how long you are willing to wait for your order to be shipped. Based on this information we will organize our parts order to ensure that we can fulfill your order. Once you've commited to a shipping date, and we've accepted it, your refund will be available only after that date if we fail to ship it. Although we accept escrow payments we will favorize all other payment methods but escrow. This means that if you choose to pay with bitcoin escrow, you will only receive your order once we've cleared our backlog of all other orders paid through different payment methods. Your order is on hold as we are waiting for the payment.
