I have heard that Barcelona has introduced/is about to introduce (as it is hard to pull off for existing contracts legally) a salary cap of 10 million due to their difficult financial situation. With no one else willing to buy him and his salary in Bavaria is 24 million, it looks like it's time for him to tell stories about how he was misunderstood and dreamed of ending his career in Bavaria all his life 

if we go back a few years, Barcelona has often pressured players from other clubs to insist on a transfer. Just remember Henry, Fabregas, Dembele Coutinho... now Lewandowski. I am not sure why they behave like that, what is worse, such transfers have most often proved to be failures.

The other reason Ndidi isn't been talked about much is because he's playing for a small club and a move to a bigger club would definitely put the spotlight on him. Ndidi has also been one of the best defensive midfielders in the premier for the passed seasons.

There has always been online debate on who is better between Kante and Ndidi, although Kante has accomplished more in his career but he started losing ground to Ndidi after he was converted to an attacking midfielder. Wilfred wouldn't reject an offer from Manchester united so they should go for it.

Ndidi should be a good signing for Manchester United because I think he will not post too much money and Manchester United will get a very good player. Manchester United should realize that he is compared with Kante and that should make people understand the label of this player. I know very well that Kante seems to be a far better player compared to him but Manchester United obviously will not be able to get Kante. United will have to think about value for money and this seems the best option.

You are right. Bruno Fernandes is a very talented player. He also played well enough last season. It is foolish and a waste of money to buy Eriksen for the same position now. But my guess is that Manchester United wants to get Eriksen in the team as a substitute for Pogba. These is a false narratives and some bs content that has been shared all over the internet by different news station as well as controversial MUFC Youtube channels. I really don't understand this too. It is already obvious that he is not a useful player for Manchester United anymore. He is even detrimental to the team after seeing his last season performance. Manchester United must be really regretful for 87 million euros for his transfer fee. He is the seventh most earning player in the team now and I believe they should sell him to another team in this summer. They can bring a far better centre-back in his place to make the defense stronger than before.

In the end I can understand why Lewandowski insisted on a move from Bayern, even though Lewandowski still has a contract until 2023.
But Lewandowski has made it clear that he wants to leave Bayern this year, and so far only Barcelona are most serious about getting Lewandowski.
The problem is that Lewandowski's transfer will not happen as long as Bayern has not found a player who can replace Lewandowski. Because the latest

That is a good move for Matic, if i remember correctly, Mourinho is a huge admirer of Matic and he usually used him to do most of the dirty work in midfield when the pair were together in England. Matic is big and strong, so he would have no problems adapting to the Italian Seria A, i know PSG seem to be interested in Jose Mourinho, but if he manages to stay in Roma, then they could have a very good next season, a much better one than last season (not that last season was bad for them anyway).

Where are the new players at FC Chelsea? Everything has now been cleared with abramovich ans Herz is out. So they are ready to go on with Transfer. Last year, an extremely good player was signed: Romelu Lukaku for 113 million. They are great in the offensive, but in the defensive i think they need a new one for Antonio Rüdiger, he is moving to Real Madrid. 

Please Lukaku was an average players, he just got over hyped due to the services he was getting at Inter Milan. You have a good point there. Arsenal will need to be careful about their finance while spending very much money to sign Gabriel Jesus. On the other hand they really need this kind of transfers too if they want to play big in the Premier League. Because it has been so many years since we watched them compete really hard for the league title. They had a decent season even with the current squad and this is a green light to next season too. Luis Campos will replace Pochetinho at PSG, Indeed, PSG was interested in him but he chose to finish his projects at Roma after winning the UEFA Conference Cup, the club promised to back him during the transfer summer, they already signed Silver and Matic to improve the team after Mkhtaryah left for Inter Milan

What do you understand by 'dirty work' in this context?  The roles you just spoke about Mane playing are what we consider dirty works in the game of football, Mane does all those and those that understand football will tell you Mane is as important as Salah is in the Liverpool shirt. Let's take this outside Liverpool, just to show how good Mane is, his national team lead by him has beaten Mo Salah Egypt twice both in the AFCON final (biggest tournament in Africa) and world cup qualifiers.

In this two games Mo Salah was no where to be found but Mane can be seen doing what he does best. The management is exactly why I said, they should leave and go play somewhere else they'll be appreciated. They both have won it all, what's left to proof?.
