I personally think that he’ll benefit from joining Chelsea, because Lukaku is about to leave and Tuchel is a good coach who’ll help him develop his game further. Lastly while Conte is a good coach too, I just feel that Tuchel has a system which will suit him more and Conte won’t change his system to accommodate him, hence it’s should be an easy choice for Richarlison to pick Chelsea over Tottenham.

Richarlison is a talented player. If he stays with Conte, he will probably be able to become more experienced in the future. Also the understanding of Chelsea players towards each other is very nice. Wow it's a good signing for Juventus, bringing in a player like Di Maria will help the team alot. When we put personal development as priority then I will recommend Richarlison going to Tottenham instead of Chelsea. We all can see how deadly Son was this season due to the Conte impact. The problem for Bayern is that they're losing Lewandowski on a free, so a world-class striker is leaving and they're not getting any money for him.
There are relatively few world-class strikers that Bayern can get without paying a huge transfer feee, so they're probably limited to those, like Mane, who are nearing the end of their contracts. I'm not sure they could afford the huge financial outlay on someone like Nunez.
Unfortunately for Bayern, everyone knows they're desperate, and that could cause them to pay over the odds for whoever they bring in.
