Obviously Mane made a good contribution to Liverpool throughout the season Mane gave everything for Liverpool and Klopp is very happy with Mane's performance.

In the midfield aspect, I think Gavi would be better off at Barcelona and would develop way better at Barcelona, at Man City there is a high level of competition, and the same can be said of Liverpool, If Gavi moves and isn't able to adapt to the new environment and league quickly he might end up being a bench warmer, however unlike Barcelona he's much more needed and being a product of La Masia gives him some kind of better underestimate about the club's philosophy and goal. Even if he wishes at some point to move on to another club, it's completely fine but for the sake of his barely emerging career, I strongly think it's way too early.

I think you know that between Barcelona and Manchester City so far have good cooperation in terms of player transfers. Several Manchester City players have previously joined Barcelona regardless of transfer fees, it is another part of how Barcelona are confident about the capacity of Manchester City players to adapt their style of play easily at Barcelona.

Barcelona is a club with history and the management is very ambitious, they have the goal of becoming La Liga champions, not just finishing the season in the top 4. Although the moment with the debt is not clear how Barcelona is going to get out of this situation, if I'm not mistaken, the total debt until recently was still in excess of 1 billion euros. I think information about how Barcelona wants to buy a player comes from various managers and agencies, not from the club. For example, if you want to sell your player, it is always good to talk about how a club like Barcelona is interested in him. such rumours help to get a better interest in him and maybe even achieve a higher price.

Barça is in a desperate financial situation, de Jong is the only player they can get some money for them I don't think there's any way to keep him. Also, I don't see how he will find the money for a possible trade with Bayern for Lewandowski when they cannot register players who came for free.

Tielemans is a player I greatly admire and who contributes significantly to Leicester City, but every player wants to advance at some point in their careers. I do no even think Bernado Silva is going to leave City, if he actually should have left it would have been last summer, he was heavily linked with a move away from City then, but Pep managed to convince him to stay at the Etihad, and it was a good decision he made cause he had a wonderful last season with tons of playing time, and another EPL title to put the icing on the cake.

I am pretty sure Bernado is in Pep's plans for next season, and at the moment i can't see a single reason as to why he will decide to leave City for Barcelona. The thing with City is that the kind of football they play and the trophies they win makes it difficult for them to lose key players, you just have to be happy as a City player, except of course if you are not getting playing time, and Bernado Silva is getting enough of it.
