They have Son and Richarlison who can play in this position maybe but I don't know if any of them would perform the same as Kane.

Balogun doesn't guarantee anything either maybe but he can at least become a useful player there.

By the way he was quite a beneficial player for Reims last season by scoring 21 goals in 37 matches. This is pretty nice stats for a 22-year-old scorer. 

After Kane moved to Bayern Munich then there will be a vacant position for forward lines and Tottenham has starting to find the replacement of Kane and just like i said before Tottenham currently was linked to several players including Balogun but until now this is just still a remain rumour because Tottenham hasn't officially to bid for Balogun and indeed his impressive performance with Reims make some of clubs were interested to Balogun including Tottenham, Inter and AS Monaco
