De Gea is a good option, he is a free agent so they don't have to pay any transfer fee, they just have to agree personal terms with the Spanish goalkeeper, they could give him a year or two year's contract, at least by then they should have solved their goalkeeping issues.

Stefan Ortega would probably only be allowed to leave Manchester City if they had some negotiations going on with another goalkeeper who could take his place and Pep Guardiola would feel comfortable with. I haven't seen him playing so far I think or did Ortega play a lot of games for Manchester City in the cups? Bayern would have to do quite some mediation when Neuer fully recovered and a goalkeeper like De Gea would also be there. There is no way for him to back to Chelsea as a player except as a coach or other position, there was nothing to look forward to as prolonged injuries hampered his career and the right decision is to retire. I remember in 2019 Eden Hazard was one of the players with the highest market value in the Premier League then Madrid took an interest in him then signed him and spent 115 million to bring him to the Bernabeu, unfortunately bad luck came to him his performance continued to suffer due to injuries imagine from 54 matches he only scored 4 goals. Actually, Madrid had wanted to let him go for a long time, but no club was interested because of a prolonged injury until he finishes his contract period.

I didn't see so much of the player during the years spent with Sevilla but I saw him leading the backline very well with Morocco and he was a good leader from the back. He will take those good traits of his over the Saudi League and pass that on to the young players of that league to learn. They have all the money now all they want to do is attracting quality players, what next would be grow a media to start the hype of that league.  Salah will disappoint Liverpool this season, since the rebuild is ongoing why not push him out.

I don't think the reason for the dropping of Joao Felix from the first team of Diego Simeone is because of personal reasons. The truth is that Felix has failed to establish himself as an important player after his record signing from Benfica. He enjoyed a glorious time in the Portuguese league but has failed to replicate the same performance in Spain and Chelsea. I am sure he would have gotten a permanent deal if he had added quality to the Chelsea team. He might be moving to Barcelona on loan but he would not also have an automatic first-team opportunity. Until he improves, Felix will still maintain his current reputation as one of the overhyped and over-estimated players in Europe.
