An offer like 110 million euros to Kane? Bayern Munich really want to complete this signing as soon as possible. But despite offering a lot of money for him Tottenham chairman is just continuing to resist. I don't know how long he can maintain this attitude against Bayern Munich. I think you shouldn't count on Vlahovic at Chelsea... Because Juventus want 40 million euros and more in the exchange negotiation between Lukaku and Vlahovic. However, Chelsea have already made it clear that they will not accept paying more than half demanded by the Italians: 20 million euros and another 5 million in bonuses.

In fact, I think that this negotiation really shouldn't happen because not even Juventus fans accept Lukaku, who is clearly a player extremely connected to his rivals, Inter Milan.

My opinion is that the Blues should continue to seek negotiations with another club in Europe or even Saudi Arabia that have already expressed an interest in paying a good price for him.

Soton needs to prepare themselves for upcoming season. It's not only him but romeo lavia already linked to the several clubs. Westham knows that losing rice was giving a huge impact to the club. That's why the hammers need to sign a quality player to replace rice's place.

But can't have or sign more big star players as an effort to increase performance in preparation for next season because to be able to sign more star players West Ham United requires a bigger budget and I'm not sure West Ham will really spend a big budget for that make all of that happen.
Regarding the recruitment of James Ward-Prowse, in my opinion, this is the right decision because West Ham has a vacant player position as an attacker and could allow James Ward-Prowse to occupy that position.

But I read the latest news that Chelsea are backing out of the hunt for Vlahovic. It seems that Chelsea really object to the additional money they have to spend to exchange Lukaku with Vlahovic. I think the decision to back out of the hunt for Vlahovic was really not at the right time. Because actually Juventus itself seems to have opened up to Chelsea in this exchange. But Chelsea seems to be thinking of other alternatives to get players who can fill their attack line. Meanwhile, Lukaku still seems not to be in Pochettino's plans. So that Chelsea will still try to release Lukaku to another club in this transfer market. I think about leaving Lukaku too long. I don't think Juventus will release Vlahovic in exchange for Lukaku because majority of Juventus fans had protested and kick against the likely deal link now that Lukaku is out of favour in Chelsea because in his last stint with the club he struggled to make impact in the squad which prompted his loan deal to inter Milan and I don't see him making any impact in the squad this season too, honestly Pochettino should sign another striker in one of the premier league clubs or other European leagues to serve as a backup for Jackson and sell Lukaku as you rightly said to a Saudi Arabian club else he may ended up playing false nine in many matches or convert one of his attacking midfielders to a striker.

Liverpool have been trying to sign Romeo Lavia so far but now I see Chelsea are also in this race to steal him from Liverpool. It is said to be a 48 million pounds offer by Chelsea. This is quite a high amount of money so I wonder how true this rumour is about the transfer fee. But it looks like Liverpool are closer to signing him now.

Liverpool have been in need of a midfielder after losing Fabinho and Henderson both. Lavia is a quite young midfielder though but talented at the same time. I hope to see him adapting quickly and performing decenly. He is a defensive midfielder so he would play in Fabinho's position mostly.
