More precisely, Xabi Alonso is currently being targeted by many of Europe's top teams because of Xabi Alonso's success in creating or building the Leverkusen team as it is today. I think it is quite worthy because Xabi Alonso has shown his qualities so it's only natural that many top teams want him.
I think the rumors for Bayern are still quite far away because so far Tauchel has been successful and has made Bayern Munich's performance quite strong, but we don't know at the end of the season what could happen if Tauchel has failed to meet the expectations or targets that have been set by Bayern management.
If Xabi can win either Bundesliga or Europa League, it's better for Manchester United to hire him and kick the bald guy. Manchester United already lose their legacy as one of toughest team in Premier League. They need to find a good coach who can able to develop the whole team, just like Xabi who wasn't sign many players, but he develop the existing players with a new strategy.

Manchester United, as a club with a rich history, is very natural because many fans hope that a change of coach will be made soon, considering that what ETH has done has not brought much change to a team as big as MU.
And we all know with Xabi Alonso's current quality, being able to bring Bayer Leverkusen to the lead in the Bundesliga standings without being defeated is an extraordinary achievement.
and in my opinion it would be very appropriate to coach MU, especially with the many quality players currently at MU, maybe it won't be difficult for Xabi to bring MU back to its glory days.
Even though it is not easy to return to the glory days, I am sure that with the qualities that Xabi has, he will be able to do it.

Are you sure Manchester United will sack Erik Ten Hag that easily? the article seems like Manchester United prefers this one coach even though his performance is not so good to apply the strategy in the game. Is that because Erik Ten Hag is a coach who does not disobey or in other words he always agrees with what management says? or maybe this is just my wild thoughts? I don't know.
Xabi is doing well at Leverkusen so it's natural that he's being targeted by many big teams in Europe. His ability to bring Leverkusen into the game we see today is remarkable. He started from the bottom and it wasn't easy.
Jim Ratcliffe will definitely consider Ten Hag position as manager, if United continues to experience inconsistency then Ten Hag position will definitely be threatened with dismissal, and vice versa. I think The Red Devils management worthy also include Xabi Alonso name on their wanted list, if Ten Hag is actually kicked out of Old Trafford. We know that Ratcliffe now has full authority to manage United management, after acquiring a minority stake of 25% in the club. If previously no one had the authority to fire Ten Hag, now Jim Ratcliffe is the angel of death for Ten Hag.

To be honest, Ten Hag performance was not completely bad, United players also contributed and were responsible for the inconsistencies they have experienced so far. Injury factors, problems adapting to new players, and differences in understanding with Sancho are other reasons why United is currently experiencing a decline in performance. I think if there hasn't been any improvement in the second half of the season, it won't be just Ten Hag whose position is threatened, the players will also feel the same way, I mean potentially being released.

It's true that many clubs currently have him as their preferred candidate, but he doesn't have an exit clause for any clubs other than the ones he played for as a player. He would therefore have to fulfill his contract until 2026 or a high transfer fee would have to be paid for him. It's questionable whether clubs will do that if there are alternatives.

Real Madrid gave Ancelotti a new contract until 2026. This means that Real Madrid still really needs Ancelotti's manpower. This means that the speculation regarding Ancelotti and Brazil is over. But I can't know if this is Madrid's move to keep getting money if they leave. Ancelotti has thanked the president of Brazilian football for being interested in using his services. It seems that Ancelotti in these words slightly indicates that he will honor the contract from Real Madrid.
Madrid announced Ancelotti's new deal through June 2026 on Friday, after repeated speculation linking him with the Brazil national team.
Source: https://www.espn.co.uk/football/story/_/id/39228484/real-madrid-sign-defender-january-window-ancelotti
Im happy with Ancelotti's Real Madrid contract renewal. Fans consider it an early Christmas present! I can't imagine a better situation. Real Madrid's recent success is due to Ancelotti's unmatched ability to connect with players. This contract extension indicates how much the club values his leadership. I always thought the tales about him leaving for Brazil were rumors. Madrid's move confirms it. Strategic and sensible, it ensures leadership stability for years to come. I can't wait to see where Ancelotti takes us next when his extension shows his impact!
He's untouchable at the moment. He has been very solid this season so far. Real Madrid and Carlo Ancelotti made a wise decision to extend the contract until 2026, and this was finalized even before the holidays, bringing joy to the fans. Staying at Madrid was the right call for him, anyone can easily gets the idea after summing up the current state of Brazil team. Ancelotti's calm and strategic coaching style suits Madrid team well. He effectively manages the players, nurturing young talent and placing each player in positions that suit them. It seems like he deserves to finish his coaching career at Real Madrid.

I mean the relationship that Ancelotti has with his players is pretty good. He has got a good relationship with the younger ones and he can make them good. He can make them grow. I must say he would have been the perfect fit for the Brazilian national team. I mean Brazil is always filled with young talents. But Ancelotti is definitely untouchable for Real Madrid as you have said.

Real Madrid has faith in him. I also heard that Real Madrid won't be signing new players. So I think Real Madrid has good faith in him to win the UCL and La Liga.

Madrid, Bayern and also Liverpool are the teams that Xabi has played for and these three clubs can only open the Xabi clause at Leverkusen apart from these three teams of course Xabi has to fulfill his responsibilities at Leverkusen until 2026, I think by including these three clubs in the contract that of course this shows that these three teams are the most special clubs for Xabi, but unfortunately these three clubs are not yet interested in bringing in there is a risk in signing Xabi because of his minimal experience, It is true that Xabi has succeeded in making Leverkusen appear impressive so far, but this will not necessarily happen to a new club if Xabi leaves for Madrid, Bayern or Liverpool.

It's no wonder that he is being fought over by many clubs, it's because he can show that he can bring a club to play well. I personally have not heard the future of Xabi Alonso, he also has not said anything about his future, whether he will spend his contract with Leverkusen, or he has a strong desire to leave and look for new chalenges.
But I think he's doing the right thing now, I mean he's just focusing on the job he has to get done, yes at least to be able to bring Leverkusen to the championship this season. If he manages to do that he will certainly get more offers from other clubs and that can make him more free to go to which club.
For now I want to see him finish this season, whether he will be able to become a chmpion or not.

I don't know why but I feel Xabi to Leverkusen seems hard to me. Xabi has just started at Leverkusen and no doubt United is a big club but I feel he might want to continue a bit more years at Leverkusen before going on to manage some big clubs. As for United also, there will be lot of other experienced candidates in priority before Xabi on the list so even if he is on the list someone else might replace ten Haag if board is thinking of sacking him. Xabi does have qualities but situation at United needs someone big and experienced who can build up a huge squad well.

The January transfer window as come, and different teams will need new players to fill in the different positions in their team. The race for the tittle is hitting up,and the defending champions,Mancity will be looking forward to starting their regular winning streak that they normally have but they would need to fill in some void they left irreplaced in the team since Mahrez and Gundogan left.
One team that will also be looking forward to getting new players is Arsenal, they have dropped in performance in the last couple of matches, and they need to go to the transfer window and sign players who can boost moral and elevate their winning mentality again. They were thinking of signing Douglas Luiz, but I think that is really going to be a difficult set of business, because Aston Villa are doing well at the moment, and won't want to let their star player leave just like that,so I don't think that business can go through so easily.

What makes you Think Xavi is going to leave Barcelona and come to Manchester United? There is every tendency that he is well paid in the Spain than they would do in Manchester United and even if they offer to pay him more than in Old Trafford, what if the conditions are too much to bear? What if they gave him a contract to make sure he lead the team to the top of the table before the end of the season and must win the Champions league or Premier League next season, if this condition cannot be delivered, I don't think he is going to come to their rescue.

Barcelona is only slightly different from Manchester United, they aren't too good the half of the season they have demonstrate so far, look at where they are sitting now and look where they were sitting last season, nothing less between first and second, they top the league throughout last season but the way they are going now. They are wearing out and I fear how they are going to cope when the Champions League resume by February.

Xavi wouldn't be a good idea for both sides to be fair, I feel like that wouldn't really be any good fit for both teams. Xavi is doing "fine" at Barcelona, people are forgetting but he won la liga last year with them, just because he is not winning this year doesn't mean he is bad, Barcelona didn't win every la liga even when they had messi xavi iniesta great squad. So all in all, I think they are doing fine, and they will not want to get rid of Xavi that easily. Xavi is doing fine, he is at his home club, managing, doing fine, so why take a risk and leave for another team? That would not be good for him either. And Manchester United needs a better manager, someone who knows premier league better as well. So this would be bad for all parties involved.

Real Madrid gave Ancelotti a new contract until 2026. This means that Real Madrid still really needs Ancelotti's manpower. This means that the speculation regarding Ancelotti and Brazil is over.
I actually thought this was going to be Carlo Ancelotti's last season in charge of Real Madrid, but it isn't going to be as Carlo has extended his contract at Real Madrid until 2026, i'm pretty sure this news came as a surprise to quite a lot of football fans as we expected Ancelotti to join the Brazillian national team after this season.

Having said that, it is good for Real Madrid that they can continue building with the manager they've had for sometime now, Carlo knows how to get results and there's no doubt that Madrid would enjoy more success with him still in charge.

Just a few months as Birmingham coach, Wayne Rooney was immediately fired from the coaching chair and this was not without reason because in 15 matches managing Birmingham he was only able to achieve 2 wins. That is a very bad record for a coach, even though I had hopes that Wayne Rooney would be able to bring Birmingham to promotion in the EPL next season. In fact, before he became Birmingham coach, this team was in 5th position in the standings, but unfortunately due to countless defeats, Birmingham now sits in 20th position and is closer to the relegation zone.

Birmingham's owner doesn't need to think long about sacking Wayne Rooney because if he continues the results will remain the same and it could even threaten Birmingham's fate in this season's championship competition. It seems that as a former football player or even a legend he was a great player but to become a coach would be a big failure in his career.

I mean when Wayne Rooney had joined Birmingham as manager, they were in 5th position. And now they are in 20th position which is outrageous. I agree with you, Birmingham's owner does not need to worry long about it. After 15 games and only 2 wins is bad results even for a bad team. What Wayne Rooney has done is a very bad job.

But here is the other thing, Birmingham is not a team that always performs well. But that still does not excuse the bad performance of Rooney after that bad performance.

It looks like the Brazilian national team will still wait until Ancelotti's contract ends in 2026 and they certainly hope that the Italian tactician will want to manage the Brazilian national team in the future. Ancelotti is very familiar with his players and they feel comfortable under the direction of this experienced senior coach. Real Madrid still wants to win another title with Ancelotti and that is why management decided to extend his contract.

Each team management certainly wants the best for the continuation of their team's performance in each season and as much as possible to retain coaches who they feel can continue to improve the quality of the team. It is true that usually for other teams, information on rumors or whatever is always leaked to the media and this time Real Madrid is very secretive about Ancelotti's contract extension, giving rise to very surprising news, especially before Xabi Alonso was predicted to be the next coach if Ancelotti left.
Ancelloti today just extended his contract with the Spanish side. Real Madrid with Ancelloti is one team that have been in their perfect form this season. They know what they're after and they know how to get it. Without mincing, Ancelloti is the best coach so far. The fact that he's kept up with games even winning without a striker. His players versatility and coordination, the team spirit. He's put his squad in check and has made them a better side at every encounter.

I don't think anyone expects less from them and definitely beyond all doubt, they've not disappointed any one. The level of confidence we have in them is enough sign to prove that they're currently the best team. Injuries or not, they just have a way to turn the game to their advantage and favour and their ability to be consistent at the wins is actually intriguing. The man has proven to be worthy to take on any team and he's everly ready to deliver food results for them. It's definitely an impressive feat for him and he's relentless in it

So far what I know is Jim Ratcliffe is putting his faith in Erik Ten Hag. Or else I think he would have been sacked. I guess he does not want to make the same mistake as the Chelsea manager. He sacked Tuchel who was doing really good and now look at Chelsea doing worse than Manchester United.

But I think he is making the wrong decision. Ten Hag aint doing much right now. If a new manager comes he will get time before new season and he will do much better if they get a proper replacement.

If Xabi ends up bringing Leverkusen to one of the titles, whether it be the Bundesliga or the Europa League, it is certain that he will not necessarily be able to take United in a better direction. if only, Xabi Alonso became the boss at Manchester United. problems that occur at Manchester United, it is often seen that Ten Hag's side is blamed for their team's squad. notification, I'm not a fan of The Red Devil. based on my personal point of view, what is happening at Kudu United is very complex. starting from injured players, limited spending budgets in the last summer transfer market, player and coach disputes, inconsistent players, egoists in the game who want to perform well themselves, and so many problems that Ten Hag has to fix. apart from that, Ten Hag made several blunders by rotating and implementing his system. since the acquisition of United, this team has been hit by a storm of injuries and other problems. for me, as a neutral fan, it's actually not Ten Hag's fault. just like Liverpool last season, where The Red Drop played very badly. now, problems have befallen The Red Devil.

Well, now we are talking from the content of Xabi Alonso. since Alonso took charge of Leverkusen, his name has increasingly become the center of attention, with several clubs wanting his services. one of them was Madrid before Ancelotti extended his contract. also, it is rumored that Alonxo will be targeted by Bayern Munich if Thucel fails this season. for young coaches, Xabi Alonso is able to show that he is competent to be a reliable coach. but Leverkusen and Real Madrid are different, as are The Red Devils. the coach's job is not only to prepare players, implement systems and strategies, but also to be a leader both on the field, outside the field and most importantly in the dressing room. and problems at United, one of which is in the dressing room. we can see that there are several players who put their own ego first. so, Ten Hag's task in the future is to be a firm leader. and in several matches, he has done this by leaving Marcus Rasford on the bench. so the point is, even if Alonso becomes United coach. if the problem is the same, then it will be difficult for this team to get back on track. btw, this is just my personal point of view.

Since last season, if Manchester United management had intended to fire Erik Ten Hag, it should have happened at that time and I agree with you that if you fire the coach, it seems as if you have to have great courage because the coach always has the courage to reverse the facts about whatever happens to his club. and anyone will say that Xabi will be the best coach if Manchester United management can bring him in, but that just a joke because Xabi also doesn't want to join a club like MU and prefers a club that has greater quality.
This season, Manchester United management seems to be having difficulty determining policies for the club future, but I am sure that firing Erik Ten Hag will happen at the end of the season.

English Premier League clubs are making plans to recruit Xabi Alonso from Bundesliga but it's almost a mission impossible because on the other side, Bayer Leverkusen won't be allowing him leave the club so soon because he still have unfinish business with the club. Alonso is in Germany to ensure Will Manchester United hire every player they think is promising? I don't think they have any chance of landing Xabi Alonso in Old Trafford this summer. Alonso doesn't pick any interest in any club at the moment, he's just focused on building Bayer Leverkusen to good shape.

Yesterday, January 1 2024, the player transfer market for three leagues opened, namely the Premier League, Bundesliga and Ligue 1. And it will close on February 1. Meanwhile, the transfer market for Serie A and Laliga has also officially opened today, January 2 2024 and will close on February 1 2024.

I hope there will be a big transfer in the middle of this season. Even though it may not involve the main players in a club, many players who are starting to be marginalized at their current club will definitely take advantage of this to go to a new club. For example, Jadon Sancho is reportedly feuding with Erik Ten Heg. And it seems his future at Man United is also unclear. So I think this player will be the player who warms up the transfer market this time. On the one hand, Man United is also targeting midfielders to strengthen their squad. But I haven't received any news about the players being targeted.

What will ten Hag buy? Midfielder, striker, defensive player? It seems that at the start of last season Ten Hag had started with some new players and was to his liking. But what was produced today is really disappointing. I think Man United's current problem is not only players, but the coach is very influential. Ten Hag failed to make the mentality of a great player. There is no sense of struggle, they seem to get tired easily and give up. I don't know who to buy, but I'm disappointed with ten Hag in his second season.

Ten Hag was the first to scare away Ronaldo from a club. Now I have no idea whether negotiations were already going on and Ronaldo forced the argument between and the club himself or whether the transfer to Saudi Arabia was a consequence of the problems he had with ten Hag. But what ever the issues really were behind the scenes, ten Hag is scaring away player after player and he also has the ability to make players rather worse than better. He is the exact opposite of what coaches are supposed to be able to do in regards to player mentality.

Winning the UEFA Europa League trophy or the German Bundesliga title isn't a yardstick to measure Xabi Alonso's managerial and tactical strength if you ask me because considering what he's already done this season, he's proven beyond every reasonable doubt that he has all the potentials to become a great manager in any top club in Europe. Alonso was able to significantly improve the performance of Bayer Leverkusen in less than three years at the club. Currently Bayer Leverkusen is topping the German league table and if they can continue with their current performance, I think they'll win the league title at the end of the day
