To be honest I don't think it is going to happen. It is the first season for Xabi as Leverkusen's manager. If anything I understand that he is not ready for a big team like Bayern Munich. The fans are crazier there and the expectations will be higher, I don't think he will be able to cope with it.

I think what they are doing right now is just fine, and if they can keep it up then they will face no problem. But my question is can they keep it up? If you look at the injury list right now it is quite big. There are some key players in that list. Vinicius Jr. , Rodrygo, Camavinga, Tchameni, Alaba and many more. With everything that's happened in the German league from the start of the season till now. I'm certain that it won't be an easy ride for Munich. Alonso is making the manager's seat hot for him and Tuchel is striving to be meaningful to the team more than he currently is. Seriously I was one of those anticipating a Xabi Alonso and Real Madrid reunion because I didn’t see this Ancelloti’s contract extension as a possibility with the news surrounding then that he had agree with Brazil on being their next head coach now a renewal till 2026. This year is a bit far to me because that’s like two full season again and with Alonso potential and what he is displaying at Bayer Leverkusen then it will be hard that there wouldn’t be a offer from another club then. His past three clubs that are his dream to coach are not actually needing his services at the moment. Liverpool seems too comfortable with Juergen Klopp and If he even wins the league now again then a new contract extension will be handed over to him. Even Enrique seems tried to talk about Mbappe and he is not going to talk about this player however Mbappe is an effective player for PSG and obviously if he leaves the team this won't be easy for Enrique to find a replacement for this French player easily.
Currently, Real Madrid is not the only teams that want to hire Mbappe but other than Real Madrid, Liverpool is also interested in hiring Mbappe during January.

Enrique probably will try to talk with him to ensure him to stay in PSG. But I believe Mbappe already decided his future to play as a Real Madrid player. 2024 is the perfect time to leave PSG because Mbappe's contract expires and there will be no obstacle to move. So, whatever Enrique says, it is unlikely for Mbappe to stay a longer time with PSG. There is no future to achieve with PSG, PSG isn't a capable club to win UCL title. If Mbappe still dreams to win UCL title, he must leave PSG in this year.

Actually, there are many clubs interested to sign Mbappe. But Mbappe seems to choose Real Madrid because it is his dream.
