I had the same thought. But what they need to do first is eliminate Ten Hag because he has spent a lot of money for nothing. If there is no change in coach, then he will continue to make the same blunders and there will be no such thing as a major overhaul. Regarding Mbappe, I’d love to see him join Liverpool but realistically it’s just not going to happen.

For now, I also think he won't move to Liverpool although it would be a good sporting fit. Mbappe wants to win the Champions League. PSG doesn't currently have the coach and the team to achieve that. The season's group stage of the CL has shown that the team has a lot of problems. He would certainly have a better chance with Liverpool to win the cup, but I think Real Madrid will get the nod.

I think Mbappe's PSG situation is stable. His new deal with them seems good to both sides. Based on my research, PSG relies heavily on Mbappe. I cant fathom them without him; he's crucial. Although Liverpool might provide a solid foundation for Champions League glory, Im not sure he would fit in with their present roster. They've got something great with Mo Salah, so adding Mbappe may be difficult.

Real Madrid is a more likely destination, but not immediately. They might avoid a high transfer price by waiting until Mbappe's free at the conclusion of the season. Real shouldnt spend over 100 million Euros mid-season when they can acquire him for free. PSG wont sell their best player cheaply, and Real Madrid knows patience is key.

Yes, even though they are preparing large funds to bring in a number of new players, they should not be hasty in deciding which players they will bring in, because I agree that it could be their next failure which we know better as a failed transfer.
They can learn a lot from Chelsea who spent a lot of money to bring in players, but most of the players they brought in did not bring fresh air to the club. But I think the goal is not only about this season's Champions League match against Barcelona, but getting a place in the top 4 of the Italian Serie A is also still a focus for them. The rumor seems to be true at least in so far that there are ongoing discussions between Fulham and Firmino, but they call it a shock return and I think that hits the nail on the head. I don't understand why someone would leave for an incredible amount of money to play in Saudi Arabia to then decide after a few months to leave that country again and go back to the Premier League. But why would Al-Ahli let him go to Fulham in the winter transfer window? I don't fully understand the back and forth here and what the benefit for Al-Ahli would be in all of this.

If you really look at the current situation, there are definitely several possibilities that will occur.
Liverpool's chances are slightly open because Salah has been interested by SPL especially since there was a nominal of more than 100 million that was successfully offered before in the summer transfer even though it was rejected outright because in the end it was near the end of the time specified in the transfer but for now there seems to be no more reason to wait if there is an offer for Salah and they want to prioritize Mbappe then indeed this option can be taken to minimize financial losses because surely Mbappe will not be able to get if the release clause is ordinary.

The interesting thing I think if Liverpool can bring Mbappe is of course seeing the real rivalry between Mbappe and Haaland later.

I think at the end of the day Sancho will go to Dortmund. Sure, there are some problems in the negotiations and I think he will even make some sacrifices to be back on the field and be a regular player again. To be honest I think he will even take pay cuts to play again. I think the worry is whether will he be a regular player again in the Dortmund match.
