Yes, it seems like it's just a rumor because as far as I know, Alonso has not given a clear statement about whether he will leave Bayer Leverkusen. I also hope that Alonso stays longer at Bayer Leverkusen and provides fierce competition in the Bundesliga and next season Alonso will handle Bayer Leverkusen in the UCL.

We just have to wait for the continuation of this matter whether Xabi will eventually leave or not because this certainly has an impact on his future career so the decision must be really well thought out whether he will decide to stay at Leverkusen or look for challenges at a new club later.

In my opinion, i think Xabi Alonso is better off staying in the Bundesliga either with Bayer or Bayern Munich.

Fully agree with you and xabi choses it to stay much longer in his current club now. He has no intention to go to the bayern munich. So, munich is looking for alternative coach to replace tuchel.
