Can you guarantee that Osimhen will play even better there? I personally believe that if he is still a very expensive striker to be recruited by an EPL club, he must go to PSG if he is always willing to play in UCL.

It's a very true comment. There is almost no difference between Osimhen's transfer to Chelsea and his transfer to any Arab club. Chelsea may continue to be interested in top players, but I don't think they will get anything in return.
