If this is actually true, then Napoli have done a very good deal no doubt, because Antonio conte will be a major upgrade to this current Napoli manager managing the team right now, and am very sure that their will be a major step up from this Napoli team under his leadership as the manager, but I didn't think initially that Napoli can afford his services, so if they actually did that,  by paying him what ever he wanted, then I am confident that they are actually going to benefit a lot from him, because Antonio conte has all the charisma needed to succeed there, because his record at Juventus is still speaking for him, even till today.

If they just change coaches, I don't think Man United will find their solution. What Man United needs is a major overhaul, including selling the 2 selfish players you mentioned above. As long as those 2 players are still at Man United and still be starters, then Man United will only have a monotonous rhythm that was easily broken by their opponents. Man United only needs to retain players like Garnacho, Kobbie Mainoo, Martinez, Amad Diallo, and several other potential young players, and maybe Rasmus Hojlund.
