In the last weeks, Xabi Alonso proved once again that he is a wise coach and wise man who makes wise decisions for himself and his team.
Xabi Alonso had some offers from some teams like Bayern Munich and Real Madrid were even close to sending him an offer even Liverpool wanted to hire Xabi Alonso to fill the place of Klopp. But he rejected all the offers and decided to stay in Leverkusen which was a wise move for him.
Dietmar Hamann the former German player also said Xabi Alonso made a good move by staying in the team because taking the place of Klopp could be risky and the situation in Bayern Munci was not stable at all.

I think taking the position of Klopp right now is a risky move in many regards. Expectations would probably be exaggerated after the season he played with Leverkusen and as it looks right now Liverpool will play a more or less disappointing season. So it's expectations from at least two perspectives here.

But Xabi really believes in his abilities, and there will certainly be other opportunities in the coming seasons, I think the decision is indeed very wise.

Xabi has succeeded in building an unbeatable club, the squad he has is the dream of all current managers, if he goes to another club Xabi will have to start over from scratch. I think everywhere there will always be risks, but when you decide to stay with Leverkusen, the risks are lower. We only hope that this impressive performance can be maintained next season, and that it shows that Xabi's managerial ability is not only limited to winning trophies, but also being able to defend them.

Lewandowski is too lazy compared to the isaak. The better for barcelona to replace this old striker and send him to the other league. Isaaak has been targeting by several clubs, he was very consistent in scoring and his stats is pretty good too. No doubt that if isaak can also become a good alternative for this.

I think Tuchel took advantage of his chance. They had unsuccessful matches this year and last year. Last year, they won the championship after Dortmund lost points in the last match, and this year they gave it to Bayer Leverkusen. Bayern Munich have decided to sack Tuchel at the end of the season and even now Munich have tried to approach several coaches to be used as Tuchel replacement but so far reportedly they have not found a new coach, Munich poor performance in the Bundesliga is certainly the reason Tuchel was fired, at the moment I think Bayern Munich of course regrets its decision to sack Nagelsman and sign Tuchel as coach,  Tuchel has always been an experienced coach but Bayern Munich actually recruited him when he was in bad form with Chelsea, Chelsea failure to compete in the Premier League was certainly the reason for Tuchel's dismissal but Munich recruited Tuchel and discarded Nagelsman when Bayern Munich condition was in good condition at that time.

He has player's like Wout Weghorst, Marcel Sabitzer, Fred, David De Gea and most of his best defenders around. Even though Harry Maguire fumbled last season, defenders like Lisandro Martinez, Tyrel Malacia, Luke Shaw, Diogo Dalot, Wan Bisakka and Victor Lindelof.

He got the backing of the fans and stuff, he won them the Carabao Cup Competition and qualified them for the Champions League Competition, got them to the finals in the Fa Cup Competition which they should have won if not for the double blunders of David De Gea in that same finals.

And when you looked at him w he played last season, most of Manchester United build up cane from behind with either of Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martinez and Tyrel Malacia starting this build up, but when you look at this season z you don't have any these names mentioned consistent, so it has affected gow he played.
When you go on scheming against him to be sacked,can you also lay down facts from his first season and stuff? He is not a bad manager, when you think for yourself, but when you allow whatever the media says get to your head, then I don't know what t say no more.

He had player's like Wout Weghorst, Marcel Sabitzer closing down spaces for him alongside Fred in midfied giving Bruno Fernandez a free role to play with enough confidence to create chances. Most of you blast Bruno Fernandez but too dump to check why he is having a poor season.  If Manchester United decides to sack him then, they should go on. By doing that, they have just continued the cycle of sacking managers when they should have rebuild the squad and team.

Finally, alll I'm saying is that, Erik Ten Hag deserves the backing of Manchester United fans. Not even Pep Guardiola, Mikel Arteta, Sir Alex Ferguson nor Mikel Arteta had the winning rate he had in his first season. How do you use a season like this to judge if he is a good manager or not? There is significant success in his career. They have the 2021 championship in the UCL, which they won even though they were not the favorites against Manchester City. He can repeat this with Bayern.
