I'm glad to hear that Giroud has decided to make a change in his career at this point. Because things haven't been going on well for him recently as he has been unable to score goals.    He has still done really good things despite being 37 years old of course. I don't want to blame him or so. 13 goals and 8 assists in 30 games are quite impressive statistics for his condition. 

But recently he hasn't been playing very willingly and seeming like he would like to make a change in his life. Hugo Lloris is also playing for Los Angeles FC now so it would be nice for Giroud to reunite with his fellow citizen as well. In September, he could be 37 and after spending 19 years in UEFA now he is heading for another destination and this could be last journey as player as well because he achieved his best during his stay here in UEFA and in last three seasons he has done good job for the AC Milan as well with having title was surely bonus for them for me, he has done good job as he is having contract with LAFC because this is better league for his last few years in game.

giroud's departure to MLS is certainly more than just a money factor in my opinion, because at the moment giroud is one of the players of the french national team so it is very important for giroud to continue to play and train to improve his performance, so it is better for him to playing in a league that is not competitive but he will be guaranteed to play as a starting eleven rather than him playing at a big club that Is in a competitive league of course most likely his role is only as a substitute at almost 38 years of age, Giroud has won titles in European top three leagues over the years so I think his experience and ability to play will be something valuable and necessary for Los angles FC in Competing for the championship.

Martial? injured since last year.
Shoretire and Forson? both of them have no place in senior team.

This transfer is predictable because since last summer Giroud was rumoured will leave AC Milan this because AC Milan has decide will not extended his contract so Giroud can free to leave this team after this season ended and indeed with his current age it's hard to playing at high level of competitions just like Serie A or Champion League and it proven from his condition because Giroud has starting to often to gets injured so Giroud has just make good decision by choose MLS because the competition at there is not too tight compared to Serie A
