I wonder why there are many people who think Tuchel is a failure just because he failed to deliver the Bundesliga title this season. The reason is that if you look at the actual game they are still fine, there is indeed a decline but it is not that significant, or in other words the decline they experienced is still very normal for a team. They look too closely at Leverkusen, so it seems as if Bayern Munich is performing poorly under the direction of Thomas Tuchel. The reason is that when compared with Leverkusen, the teams in the Bundesliga are all bad.

Will changing coaches make Bayern Munich better for next season? there is no guarantee of that. This is actually not true, no  Manchester united fan is in support of Eric ten hang staying at the club next season, his performance at the club have been really poor, and it's even getting worse, by the look of things, they will not even qualify for the uefa Europa league next season if care is not taken, because right now, their performance is really the worst I have seen from Manchester united in recent years.

So I think that, the best thing that should be done is for the club to part way with Eric ten hang  and someone more competent should be given the coaching position to handle, because right now the performance of Manchester united is even much worse than that of Chelsea in my own opinion.

So many fans were demanding the club to sack him. That's why they were always saying massive rant on him. A few years and hundreds of millions wasted for only to get carabao cup. it's obvious that none of united fans are supporting him right now. Tuchel to United actually makes a good sense. Tuchel may not be a great manager and has been fired from Chelsea and hasn't done that well at Bayern neither. However, he is known as a strict manager, he is known as he doesn't let BS happen within his teams, now is he the greatest tactician? Probably not, but it means that he could focus the players to only play the game and ignore all the other things off the field.

Considering United is in a rebuilding phase, and has a few good young players and they also have a good chance to actually get a few more, I feel like it is going to actually be a good thing for them, I believe that it could be something that would benefit both sides and they could actually get better with this hire.

Thomas Tuchel has experience coaching several big teams such as Borussia Dortmund, PSG, Bayern Munich and he even has experience in the Premier League when he managed Chelsea. So I think he could be a good option for Man United. There is no guarantee that he will be able to provide a good solution for Man United, but if Man United really wants to turn over a new leaf, it seems like Tuchel is worthy enough to be given that opportunity. Obviously, it won't be easy and it looks like it will take quite a long time because Man United is indeed in a devastating condition.

Now the question is, is Tuchel willing to leave Bayern Munich to go to Old Trafford? because Man United will most likely not play on the European stage next season.

When you go back to his first season with Manchester United, you'll see that he deserves one more season ahead. He has player's like Wout Weghorst, Marcel Sabitzer, Fred, David De Gea and most of his best defenders around. Even though Harry Maguire fumbled last season, defenders like Lisandro Martinez, Tyrel Malacia, Luke Shaw, Diogo Dalot, Wan Bisakka and Victor Lindelof.

And when you looked at him w he played last season, most of Manchester United build up cane from behind with either of Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martinez and Tyrel Malacia starting this build up, but when you look at this season z you don't have any these names mentioned consistent, so it has affected gow he played.
When you go on scheming against him to be sacked,can you also lay down facts from his first season and stuff? He is not a bad manager, when you think for yourself, but when you allow whatever the media says get to your head, then I don't know what t say no more.

He had player's like Wout Weghorst, Marcel Sabitzer closing down spaces for him alongside Fred in midfied giving Bruno Fernandez a free role to play with enough confidence to create chances. Most of you blast Bruno Fernandez but too dump to check why he is having a poor season.  If Manchester United decides to sack him then, they should go on. Finally, alll I'm saying is that, Erik Ten Hag deserves the backing of Manchester United fans. Not even Pep Guardiola, Mikel Arteta, Sir Alex Ferguson nor Mikel Arteta had the winning rate he had in his first season. How do you use a season like this to judge if he is a good manager or not? I'm no fazed by most of these write up here anyways!

Well I can tell this post is from a Man United fan who’s so passionate on wanting to keep ETH still keep his job at the club. During his first season at the club he was able to make som huge impact and that is the confidence most of the fans have for him to still be able to remain in charge at the club. He was able to win the club a UCL ticket and also be able to take the team to success in Carabao Cup; moreover you can’t fail to ignore he took them to the finals of the FA Cup though they lost but it’s a notable achievement. For this success you can’t fail to recognize some top player he had especially in the midfield and the defense line.

 The defense line has been pretty great that has been one of the real reason he was able to succeed last season. Well this season started and you can see most of those players who helped him go to success have been absent maybe dur to injury or differences with the coach himself. With the competitive nature of the EPL, a team with injury crisis will sure be in crisis and missing most of his players last season has forced him to bend his tactics which most times don’t usually work for the team.

 ⁠I feel there should be a balance and there should be proper understanding that ETH couldn’t be the problem though because he’s achieved quite some good records in his first season. I think the overall rating should be considered before speaking ill of a manager. For ETH, I think circumstances at the club is what’s making it challenging for him to be able to do well at the club.

It's surprising to me that Rashford's price has dropped so dramatically since last season after his inconsistent performance this seasonw with manchester united. His poor performance was most likely the primary reason Manchester United priced him so low and i was expecting his price would be around 90 or 100 millions. As you can see, Rashford's price has always been relatively stable at around 80 million based on the transfrmarkt but this is not a real price from the club, it's a speculation price.

Things are changing now, and his price is starting to fall. That is why United decided to cash in on him during the summer transfer window. I hope PSG will reconsider him as Mbappe's replacement. I hope that PSG will not miss an opportunity to recruit him although some media said PSG has cooled its interest to recruit him. Who knows if enrique's team will be doing U turn for him.

His resignation was an agreement between him and the club, he didn't just decide to leave as Xavi did at Barcelona.

This season have shown remarkable shift from the status quo, with the emergence of a team like Bayern Leverkusen snatching the trophy from them this season. Going forward, I don't expect it to be business as usual for Bayern Munic because from next season, other teams will work very hard to emulate Bayern Leverkusen which will also work very hard to maintain their new status. Bernardo is a professional player with quite a large market value to date and he is still under contract with Manchester City for the next few years so the only way if Bernardo Silva really wants to be at Barcelona is for Barcelona to try to make an offer in line with him. what Manchester City wants in terms of clauses so that he can leave easily.

As long as that doesn't happen then it will be impossible for Bernardo to be at Barcelona and looking at Barcelona's current condition a player who is priced at 80 million will be very difficult for them to bring in unless Xavi wants to sell some of their potential players and has a high price to exchange for Bernardo when the money from the sale of the player.

Mans just fond of Manchester United and Erik Ten Hag, he gets his tactics wrong most at times this season but I do think he is not a bad manager and considering how good he has been with youngins like Kobbie Mainoo and Garnacho, if he is given a chance further next season, they will definitely do great things together.

I don't come on here to argue with most of these posters no more, all they do is go on YouTube and Twitter, read people's comment then come on here to criticize Erik Ten Hag. They can't just sit down and think for themselves on what's happening about Manchester United and most of them do not play football, watching is difficult and it's same way for them when it comes to playing.

And how do they want Erik Ten Hag to achieve success with a midfielder like Scott MC Tominay who cannot keep ball possession and detect the game three or four steps ahead. Erikson who has heart issues and doesn't have the energy again to play proactive football. Amrabat has also been Injured and when he came in, asides the first game he won during the FA Cup Competition, he hasn't been so helpful. Bruno Fernandez can not do all of the job, it's the reason why he is having a bad season because too much loads on him at times you have to see him drop depo for a player like Mc Tominay to advance ahead of him.

Casemiro being Injured and the fact that his pace has reduced as a midfied with so much injuries, how do you want Erik Ten Hag to see success?
When I look out there, I don't see a better manager to replace Erik Ten Hag unless you want to bring in Jurgen Klopp or Pep Guardiola. Building takes time, Arsenal even witnessed such with Mikel Arteta, but these Manchester United fans lacks patience.

There have been many talented players coming to Manchester United but they can't make use of them properly. I hope that this ends at one point. Yes, of course Tuchel will leave Bayern Munich after finishing this season because Bayern Munich's current failure is due to Tuchel's failure to manage players who cannot maintain consistency and weaknesses in the defensive line that have not been corrected even though Tuchel should have known about these weaknesses but since then nothing has changed which made Bayern Munich management have to decide to fire Tuchel.
I'm not really sure if Bayern Munich will keep him but I think there are already other clubs who already have an interest in signing Tuchel and I heard that Manchester United is trying to make an offer to Tuchel.

What I'm thinking right now is if Thomas Tuchel will become coach of Manchester United, will there be big changes whereas currently it seems like every strategy used by Tuchel always fails with Bayern Munich while MU needs a coach who can really make big changes to take back the past? former success.
