It seems that's what makes Napoli play hard to get at the moment because Osimhen's contract period is relatively long, therefore, they really expect an offer that can give them big profits. He showed a good performance with Galatasaray and showed that he is still worthy of playing in the top leagues in Europe.

I disagree if you say that his job will not be that difficult. Antonio Conte led the club to standard form this season. He's able to exert good quality performance towards the players. This is old news that Napoli don’t want Osimhen and they are still looking to cash out big on him that’s why they don’t want to settle for a less price and it’s not that they don’t want him to leave permanently.

Both parties are tired of this saga by now and it will be best if Napoli agrees and accepts offers they receive this summer or winter to put an end to the issue. Osimhen has proven himself countless times and i hope offers come from big clubs like Chelsea came for him last transfer window.

I actually see that Many of the football fans didn’t even know that Van Nisteroy had been a coach longer time before he accepted to be Manchester United assistant manager. When Van Nistelrooy left Manchester United, I knew he was going to get a team soon that will make him an head coach. Manchester United may be too quick to sign a new coach when they had a very good option in their team. It will of course not immediately solve their problems because that has never been the case with any change in the coach in the past. Mateo Retegui is a player who has promised, so if Arsenal really wants a cheaper striker then he could be a good option. But if they still want to sign Osimhen, then Arsenal will have to come back with more money or be patient for another 2 years until Osimhen's contract ends, but there is a possibility that Osimhen could join another club that can reach an agreement with Napoli.

First of all, Osimhen is a player who doesn't contribute a lot to team spirit. He is tearing down positive mood and he wants to negotiate beyond limits and the club said no, we are not going to do it. Right call, let him go and you can see that he thought he is better than he actually is. No Real Madrid or Liverpool or any other top club bought him beforehand.

Secondly, Napoli is leading Serie A and I can't see how they were really harmed by his departure. Their offense could be better, but their defense is great and they can work with that. If they win Serie A, nothing wrong about letting Osimhen learn a lesson and if they don't win it, it is still good to see clubs show some balls against greedy football players.

Thirdly, Napoli has the advantage in subsequent negotiations because one condition was that he extends his contract with Napoli so if a club wants to buy him during his stay at Galatasaray, Napoli is the club that makes the money and Galatasaray receives some compensation.

Lastly, he has scored 6 goals in 8 games, which is ok. It is not massively impressive, but it is good. Immobile, Banza and Piatek are all about the same level as him in the Turkish league.
