I agree with you mate, because what makes a tactical player experience growth in a team is teamwork. How there can be a complete understanding among the players because you can't just sign one quality striker and expect him to stand on his own without supports from fellow teammates. The reason behind  Dan Ashworth departure from Manchester United haven't been made public yet but I believe it was an internal issue he had with the management of the club that prompted his resignation from the club.
