As Bayern Munich and Man. City deal after signing Leroy Sane, Man. City reported will bringing Alaba to the club. but in other rumors, City doesn't want Alaba but they want Kingsley Coman.
If i was in charge of transfers at City, i would take Alaba rather than Coman; Kingsley is good, young and also very fast, but imo it's city's defense than needs new sets of players, the central defence most especially and also at left back, because Benjamin Mendy has been atrocious on many occasions, and they cannot continue to rely on Zinchenko as back up. Alaba will tighten things up at left back for city and put Mendy on his toes, that'll also give pep the option of playing Zinchenko in his favourite position, which isn't left back. Coman wouldn't change much for City in attack, they already have so much prowess in their front men of Sterling, Mahrez, B.silva, Foden, Aguero and the rest.

Alaba sounds like a really good deal for City - an excellent player in his prime in a position that's their Achilles' heel for the last 5 seasons.
The only thing I don't really get is why would Bayern let him go. He did not push for a transfer, at least not publicly. And Bayern has got a really good squad and no need for money.
I see this happening only if Bayern really wants to go for Havertz and just has to sell something of value. Then Alaba is a player that can get them most of the money they'd need.

Confirmed: source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53417773So Barca would have to sell like 3-4 players to get to that amount that will be use to sign one single player...sounds like a good deal
They have Coutinho and Dembele that they can sell and get that 70m Euro covered up easily. Selling these players can solve their financial problems that they are going through also. But question is are any clubs interested in them? Still, sell these two guys to sign Lautaro? Who's Lautaro, the next Batistuta or Crespo? LOL ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) don't know why Barca are so keen on this guy, ahh right, it's not Barcelona, it's the owner of the club who wants to sign him * coughcoughmessicoughcough* =P Alaba sounds like a really good deal for City I don't like this deal, Alaba is too good and will fit perfectly in Man City which means they're gonna have an even better squad = more chances to win everything ![Lips sealed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/lipsrsealed.gif)

I always found it quite interesting that teams who are so rich manage to make so many bad transfer deals that cause them to have financial fair play issues. Look at United for example, they are profiting like crazy yet they are having hard time making good transfers and spend that money on not so great players. Is Lautaro a bad player? Of course not, he is a good player but is he Barcelona level? Is he champions league champions level? I do not think so.
If Barcelona ends up selling some players to get to that 70 million dollars levels, I would say that they should probably focus on buying someone much younger and much more talented. I think you could sell one or two more not so important players and get like Haaland for example, doubt he would worth more than 100 million dollars and when you get 70, you could get 100 as well.

It looks like Manchester City and Chelsea London are interested in signing David Alaba. FC Bayern Munich and David Alaba still seem to be in contract negotiations, but the Austrian defender is hesitant. ~
That's correct and Manchester City is willing to pay the market price of David Alaba but he doesn't want to move to Manchester City or Chelsea cause Alaba prefers a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona, with the financial status of Barca now moving there won't be good for him. Meanwhile, he's still young though cause something that one's heart and mind want is most important. David Alaba is just young now. his career is just beginning. if he wants to go to any club other than Real Madrid or Barcelona, I think it is a perfect decision for him. because if he plays in such a legendary club like real or barca, then his own gameplay will be improved a lot. you know a lot of legendary players are associated with these club. Alaba has to work harder to get a chance to Barca or Real, he has to impress them by his performance. I knew that alot of legendary player are associated with the Barca and Madrid and I also believe Alaba level of playing will be improved if he play for Barca or RealMadrid cause he'll learn from one the best in football game and this could the reason why he also want the two clubs in the first place. However, i don't think he needs to work hard cause the clubs also want him base on what i read but Barca seems to be in financial crisis .

According to the German Kicker Jerome Boateng might fulfill his contract after a strong season. The 31 year-old defender has a contract until 30.06.2021. Personally, I would be pretty happy if he would stay for another year. He delivered some outstanding matches last season and I didn't expect him to come back that strong after a horrible year under ex-coach Niko Kovac. Jérôme Boateng can well imagine staying at Bayern next season for the final year of his contract. The club has so far not had any talks with Boateng over an extension. If a good offer comes this summer, the defender could be sold as it's Bayern's last chance to get a fee [Kicker] Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1283520651786104840

I don’t think Messi will join another European club team, in my opinion he either finishes his career with Barca or he goes back to Argentina but not until he is a few years older.
Pep factor could be the reason why Messi could leave Barcelona when he decided to not to extend his contract 2021. The second factor is disharmony between the relationship with Joseph Maria will make this rumor not just a rumor. So, the possibility to be in Europe is still in my opinion. But, maybe it's not possible to move to another Spanish club. The only thing I don't really get is why would Bayern let him go. He did not push for a transfer, at least not publicly. And Bayern has got a really good squad and no need for money.
Guardian reports that Pep has a £150 million budget for the transfer process next season and makes Alaba a priority. Aside Alaba, Kalidou Koulibaly was also included in City's target list this summer. But as you say, Munich doesn't really need money atm, and want to extend his contract

Well the doors are open also to other team where he can also fully use his full potential. Playing skills could sometimes be influenced depending on coach. I do not have any problem with how the ex-coach Niko Kovac set his plays but yes I agree that Jerome had undergone a horrible times under his guidance. I will be also happy if he can team up with other teams and win a championship game.

Jerome Boateng is past his peak, he should to to the PL, somewhere like Arsenal or Spurs, he can earn a good wage & not have the pressure & demand for success that exists with Bayern.

Speculation regarding the future of Arsenal star Mesut Ozil has been a hot topic of conversation throughout the 2019/20 season, especially after the German continued to be dropped from the Gunners squad. Although Ozil states that he is ready to be reduced, the opportunity to see himself returning to the field in the near future is likely to be difficult to realize, the article as reported by Goal, Mikel Arteta can not guarantee whether Ozil will be in the remainder of the 2019/20 season or not.

He might be, but he played one of the best seasons of his career, I doubt he want to play for a club that usually don't play for the title. If you listen to his rare interviews, you get the feeling that he is still hungry for some more titles - especially the UEFA Champions League. And I am sure he knows that he is getting older - if he is willing to accept his new role, he could be the perfect back-up. Let's see how this develops. If nothing extraordinary happens, I am confident that we will see him in Munich next season.

Why does Hertha need another striker? They already have Lukebakio, Piatek, Cunha and Ngankam as a young talent. Especially Cunha and Piatek ... they definitely both have the potential to help Hertha to reach international competition next season an they both just joined the team recently so I don't think Hertha is planning to sell them, right? For Jovic however this step back might be exactly what he needs and he already knows the Bundesliga so this could make sense for him. His move to Real just came to early in his career for him.

Ozil was exquisite during his time in Madrid, and has also has a few good spells at Arsenal; IIRC, he was at one time in his career nicknamed the assist king, how has he gone from that to this?

Boateng is a great player but he doesn't have a decent behavior. He lost his chance to be a top class player after he joined Milan and showed that he has a lot of skills. Now I think it is too late and it would be a better choice to join Everton for example.

He's too lazy to track back and win balls, makes little to no efforts and at the same time has the highest wage in the club. Ozil was exquisite during his time in Madrid, and has also has a few good spells at Arsenal;
He belongs to a team that normally dictates the game while having more possession than its opponent. IIRC, he was at one time in his career nicknamed the assist king, how has he gone from that to this?
Perhaps it has something to do with him focusing in playing games and streaming them instead of his work rate in the field. - Just read a couple of rumors about him leaving for Turkey [Fenerbahçe] after his current contract ends.
Looks like "Kia Joorabchian [agent]" is pushing Arsenal to sign both Coutinho and Willian [source]. - Even though he pulled something like this for West Ham [IIRC], Can't see this happening for Arsenal.

RUMOR: Inter Milan make a Clearance Sale in the summer transfer, they will be selling 11 players. 3 from 11 has been linked with AC Milan. As we know AC Milan very often brings Inter Milan players, it just usual conditions. But, for Inter, if they are selling 11 players, this was very become the biggest transfer out in Inter history. With so many players to be released, it looks like there will be players from primavera who will be promoted by Inter. I will not be sure that the amount of inter to buy players will be proportional to the sales of players to bring in at least 9 new players to fill the position of the players being sold. Do you believe this rumor?

You are not talking about the same players, man. DeathAngel is talking about Jerome Boateng, Bayern's defender who had a great season and you're talking about Kevin Prince Boateng, a midfielder who is on loan at Besiktas. They are half-brothers but Kevin plays for Ghana while Jerome plays for Germany.

You probably mean played for Germany. After Jerome Boatengs performance this season, that's become a decisions by Joachim Löw you can't really understand. Right now he definitely belongs in the German national team imho. His only problem is his lack of speed. And about him fulfilling his contract ... There are currently rumors that Alaba could join ManCity. That would mean Bayern losing their strongest centre back. Lucas Hernández didn't really arrive completly in Munich yet and could already be in talks with PSG to leave the Bavarians again (don't think this is true but you never know). Süle just had his comeback after his bad injury. Tanguy Nianzou and Lars Lukas Mai cannnot really be expected to fill a spot in the starting eleven. Which leaves only Boateng as an experienced CB, so Bayern should really hope that he stays. If he can carry over his current form in the next season he'll be damn helpful in defending their titles again.
