 the second club, Real Madrid and because of financial conditions has less offer, but the club’s relationship with Menio Raiola has a strong relationship (the player's agent), and at a personal request from Zidane, then in the third place tge teams that it is still linked with are Chelsea, Man United and Barcelona,

Raiola hates Real Madrid and Real Madrid hates Raiola I doubt he will end at Real, everything can happen but I can't see how.
He also said he do not want more players at Manchester United so again I don't think he will end there.

Barca have no money, they can have money if they will release Messi and save money from their salary.

I agree with you that Raiola's relationship with Real Madrid's management is not good. especially with Manchester United who had a dispute over
Paul Pogba's future. So it is very unlikely that Erling Haland will move to Real Madrid or Manchester United. Regarding Barcelona, which is

Barcelona is bankrupt, I doubt they will be signing anyone that's expensive. Others from the list all need a striker, especially Manchester clubs. Haaland will be highly sought and with both him and Mbappe on the market, it will probably be one of the most interesting ones so far.

I'm more curious about who will Liverpool have to sell in order to bring new players in, I wouldn't be surprised if we see Salah go this summer.

Considering Salah is maybe the most valuable player for Liverpool (actually one of the most valuable players in terms of market value  ), he would definitely be a big loss for them. If he goes to another club this summer, I'd like to continue to watch him at a Premier League club.

Arsenal are also aggressively approaching Aouar, and reportedly there have been negotiations between Arsenal and Lyon, even Houssem Aouar has agreed if he has to move to Arsenal, It's just that to realize this signing, Arsenal still has to prepare around 54M GBP.

I’ve seen his name mentioned many times but not watched him live. Obviously I’ve watched youtube clips but that isn’t enough to gauge a players ability. Is he good enough to star at one of those three massive clubs?

He has the potential to be one of the top 5 midfielders in the world very soon if he approaches a top team.
If a lot of top teams are interested in him something good he must have.

Varane is a great player but he has struggled when he isn’t partnered by Ramos. Would he improve Man Utd though, I believe yes. I guess the question is can Man Utd afford the transfer fee in this pandemic?

Is this gonna happen? I do not think so. Look how Madrid at this time. They have a hard time choosing players because of the many player  injuries. Then Varane he is a potential replacement for Ramos, if he leaves then Madrid will lose their potential player. That would be a huge loss. Madrid this time don't need to sell but they have to buy quality players. They need to shop if they want to compete in the Spanish League. They need defenders, midfielders and strikers.

Juventus Turin has brought forward the transfer of Weston McKennie, McKennie had been loaned to Juventus Turin in the summer. There was an option to buy in the contract, which now comes into effect in advance, as both teams have come to an agreement.
Thus, a sum of 25 million can come together - which should be good for Schalke right now.

It seems thesun.co.uk also cited the news from https://twitter.com/telefoot_chaine/status/1309538590163185669, but from that original source, the news was not mentioned in detail (only expressions that Houssem Aouar agreed to join Arsenal and there will be further discussion regarding the transfer process).

Regardless of the news can be trusted or it's just unreliable news, as I said before, every club linked with Houssem Aouar has the same chance to sign him, especially for clubs that have already prepared the funds.

I agree with it. It will definitely be good for Schalke in terms of raising some funds. Besides, Weston McKennie is a good player I believe. He is still young but he is playing well at Juventus now. And I think he will even get better in time and increase his value also.

Pep Guardiola will continue to be an admirer of Jack Grealish because there is no chance for Jack to enter the city seeing that aston villa still wants to keep him.  If there is an opportunity then Man City will compete with Man United who have planned to buy Jack.  However, it will be very hard for Pep because of the fact that Jack deserves to be admired by many clubs for his abilities as a defender.  My guess is that Aston won't be that easy to let go of their best midfielder for a rival club.

Grealish have been playing great. His runs are perfect and he is the one who is doing the heavy lifting in Aston Villa. There are lot of teams interested in him and with him extending contract last year his price tag will be very very high. City has got the pocket but I am sure they will monitor other targets (likely young ones like you said) as well and not focus on Grealish only. There are many players going out of contract in next transfer window so there would be lot of options. Grealish to City would be really a good deal but he would struggle to find proper playing time as he have now in Aston (that's for sure)

I really like and admire Jack Grealish's game at Aston Villa. We have seen him in 23 matches so far and he has 7 goals, 12 assists. City have only one natural left-winger, Sterling but we have also seen Ferran Torres played nearly equally on both wings. Grealish transfer would be very good for City. You are forgetting how much money City has, and how much they will make as well, of course this covid season prevented them making more because of fans not being in the stadiums, but they are still going to be the champions of the league that sells to nearly 100 nations, hence I think it is going to be obvious that they are going to be even richer than today.

So, if they want to get Jack, they can get Jack, obviously they wouldn't want to overpay him, who would want that, but they can offer Villa 200 million pounds if they want to, not like they would because he doesn't worth that much, but they "can" that's the secret word here. It means Villa and City needs to reach to a deal where Villa would finally give in and sell, and City wouldn't be screwed which I think may happen, it all depends on Jack pressuring the team to move if he wants to, one sentence would be enough "either sell me or I will not play anymore" and he will be gone.
