Only having a great deal of money is not going to make a team suddenly win all the titles. But I do expect them to win at least a lot more matches than they are winning right now. and I also think that they will be able to get a lot more great players on the team just because they have the money to do so right now. and even then that team is not going to improve overnight, I think over time to get better and win quite a few titles in the future.

Right, I agree. Money cannot make that happen overnight even if they will pour their money up to the last cents. There will be some changes but that will take some time and definitely won't happen so sudden just because they have the money, time by time and little by little they will win some titles along the way as there will be some new good players who will join them along the way if the price was good enough for them.

I think Sadio Mane is absolutely a great football player and he is also playing really well for Liverpool and I really don't think there need to be any changes. I expect him to stay.

Generally, the media are all supporting Harry Maguire, He has always been a weaker defender and Manchester United weakest link that the opponent can pass through. Which means that they need to get "free" players, I mean they spent some money, not like they spent zero, but they need to also get players with ending contracts so that they could keep them for just the salary. This is teh oldest tactic in the book, it allows you to keep your financials clear and you are not spending money right now at all, you are paying monthly for the salary (or however the deal is) and that means you are saving money while earning over course of time and paying from that. If they get Lewa for free, that means he could play as well as he could, and if he fails, they would be only down for the salary and thats it, nothing more, and can unload him to another team for very cheap, since they didn't paid any transfer fee.

There may be something to this, it's not just a couple of newspapers or websites, they are all saying the same thing. It does look like he is going to Man City, for 500k per week.
There are not many players in the world who can improve the Man City team, but this is one of them.

Moreover, even if they get like world's best team type of situation going on, it will not be easy to put a whole system around it and make it work. Look at PSG, they got like world star level players and they still ended up failing against Madrid, why? Because Madrid has been a team for a long time and learned how to play with each other, which is a proof that having a proper system means a lot more. They are ruthless as well, if you suck, you are gone. Look at Ramos and Bale, they are players that Madrid played for so long and paid so much, and as soon as they became bad they let them go.

This is why I highly believe that Newcastle could be a PSG level team even after many years, and it would take decades before you could be a team that can sustain even without spending much money.
