I believe Cristiano Ronaldo not happy his situation on Manchester United right now because his team not participants on Champion League, he ask United management try looking for and accepted new offering coming for him. As I said, Ronaldo came to Manchester United to win trophies and the team put up a poor performance last season to add salt to the wound and finished 6th and missed out on the champions league football which is not good for a player like Ronaldo. He wants to play and always wants to compete so I won't blame him if he decides to leave the club this summer because the club getting better looks unlikely at the moment. I don't think it's about the money now for him, he wants to win trophies and I think he will choose the club that will give him that.

To be honest, i personally do not see any potential in Manchester United, yeah i know that they have a new manager and there is so much hype surrounding him (Erik) at the moment, but who is sure he is going to turn out successful, remember that managers like Mourinho have come and gone, yet no visible improvement. United obviously can't win the league next season, or anytime soon for that matter, they are also not in the CL, and who is sure when next they will play in the CL, so where's the potential.

They need a manager with team building history and and ten Haag is the one who has built Ajax strong over the couple of years. They are just trying managers and honestly no manager would guarantee building back team strong in less time. All of them would take time and the management needs to understand that. I hope ten Haag changes things for good at United.

So far going great for Arsenal. Jesus was a big one for us and now we are focusing on Tielemans and Martinez which also seems to be going great. We are not backing down and are submitting improved bids. I think we are about to get another good player in midfield area very soon. Glad to see we are responding great to other PL club transfers. So excited to see how well we kick off things next season. Last season we had quite some run in middle of the season but now hope that we could do that from starting of the season now.

Ronaldo's decision about leaving has made me really shocked honestly. Because I really believed in Bruno Fernandes' statement about him like there was no problem about his staying for now. Maybe he changed his mind very quickly. Anyway as he made his decision I wonder how many clubs would be eager to sign him now. Some managers have tried and failed and the club's performance has been declining every season. It would be outrageous if ronaldo went to PSG in this transfer market, what I mean is whether in this case big clubs don't pay attention to Financial Fairplay there because it is like you said how many players have abilities, prices and skills that are above average there.
This is clearly like giving the Ligue 1 title back for free and indeed, even though it is not very decisive in the Champions League, it is still a club with the names of players in which there are 2 players who are called goats (Ronaldo and Messi) Obviously this will be a fear in itself for the opponent even though they are not young anymore.

If we were to believe the newspapers, his transfer to Manchester United was almost complete, only the two clubs still had to agree on the total amount. And now I read that Barcelona does not want to let de Jong go, and that de Jong also has to agree to a salary cut. Seems to me a fairly easy choice to choose United, much more potential in that team. They just won't play CL next season.

Why the crazy delay? Barcelona should sell or let him be.
He is not even ready to reduce he's salary to remain at Barcelona.

erik definitely needs time to bring Manchester up from adversity. Erik may carry out a major revolution, especially since Ronaldo departure must be considered from now on to find the right player to fill the void left by Ronaldo. De Jong is a target player for Manchester United this summer but the proposal submitted by Manchester United has been rejected by Barcelona. It's like there is no team that isn't linked with Ronaldo these days. He seems decisive about joining another team in case he finds a suitable one that is going to be in the Champions League. Manchester United are still hopeful about keeping him at the team but their job won't be easy. Because there is still much time for the end of the transfer window. We don't know what teams he has in his mind now. If he has specific ones and gets an offer from at least one of them then he can probably leave.

I still think that if we are talking about what is "possible" then it is totally possible to see all three together. Neymar and PSG has been doing some talking and they may not all be in the same page. Which means that if Neymar is sold, then there will be one empty place there. Ronaldo played a great season with United, and he is almost always available as well.

If we were to compare Neymar and Ronaldo as of right now (ronaldo is clearly better if we look all careers) I would pick Neymar today and he is better, but I would take 30+ games of Ronaldo over 15 games of Neymar. This is why if they get rid of Neymar, and use only a small amount of it to get Ronaldo, it could actually make them better.

even though they are young, the price offered for young players is quite crazy in my opinion. examples that are happening now are Haaland, Nunez, Tchouameni and Mbappe.
They are relatively young and not more than 23 years old there but the price paid for these players is fantastic.

I think both teams are just approaching the deal cautiously, Barcelona are trying not to let De Jong leave the club rather too cheaply because he's like the most prized asset in which the club (think they) can afford to lose and as such trying to get as much as they possible can from the deal, while Man United are trying not to over pay for the player and because of Barcelona's financial situation they also want to make the best use of the club's desperation.

Lukaku performance this season was not that ok, he's a quality player and a experience striker with a high profile. No doubt alot was expected of him, the fans and  the club in total expected alot from him, but to their surprise he wasn't stable with his performance. Recently the team have send him on loan, cause they are unsatisfied with his performance. Perhaps I still doubt if he can be consistent as before, and recently Intermilan have bring in a new manager, so I still doubt if he can adapt to the team strategies and pattern, but we are hoping to to see a new lukaku next season, moving back to Intermilan alot is expected of him. We can't come to conclusions now, next season will decide for him.
