English players are not always willing to go out of England for their career. Kane is not looking for any career advancement, he has played the majority of his career inTottenham and everybody can attest that he is one of the best strikers in the English Premier League for so many years. What he is looking for is to have some trophies in his name, that means he will be selective of the clubs he will go. He will only consider  clubs that has the tendency to win trophy in one or two years time because he is already 30.
