Who knows what kind of cash flows are happening behind the scenes. To me it is as if these clubs can never go bankrupt although any other normal business would have long been gone. If Barcelona needs more credit line they could go to some investor from abroad and ask for them to secure the loan in exchange for whatever. If Messi really left the club because of financial reasons that is the first time it really happened. I thought Messi left because the offer from PSG was too good and he wanted to try something else in his career.

The good thing is that they have managed to settle some of this debts to reduce the financial sanctions and restrictions suffered in the summer. If Messi is to return to Barcelona, I believe necessary measures will be put in place and debts settled. I'm sure the club will not want to go against financial regulations and be sanctioned again.

I think it needs to improve its statistics a little more in order to sell it for over 100 million Euros.  He may be an important player, but 100 Million Euros is a huge transfer fee.  There should be players who will pay for this transfer fee.  I don't know if Wirtz is worth that much.  He is a young Star, but the price is very high.

The recent news about Kane was that he was in negotiations with Spurs for a contract extension and I don't know how far the negotiations have gone but something tells me that Harry Kane is still bent on extending his contract with Spurs but as they say never say never, maybe Erik Ten Hag's project at United might sound good enough to lure him into changing his mind and accepting to make a switch to Manchester United.

Tammy Abraham is a good player, he is young and has ability to score many goals. I believe he can be a good finisher like Marcus Rashford with the right coaching plus he has some level of experience in the Premier league with Chelsea and Aston villa but I don't think that should matter anyway because he was sold out by same club who now seem to be interested in his services again. IMO Manchester United have a better shot to get his signature than Chelsea.

He has been very Injured ever since he returned to Inter Milan, my blames are on him alone, he was doing great just for him to fall back to Chelsea and was dumped on the bench to get fat and lazy. I think a decrease in salaries would not only be good for Barcelona, but for soccer in general. These players detach themselves from their fanbases. I know that some will now say as long as the industry produces that revenue, the players have all the right to earn those amounts. But in times of crisis all over the world the subscriptions for the important leagues go through the roof. Years ago the prices were ok, but now they to raise it on a regular basis and you are basically forced to either pay or you can't watch soccer at all. It happens in all areas. That's true and if he was first choice then of course he would have played. But it's also that some players just don't fit into a team. When Lukaku went to Chelsea who would have thought that it is going to be such a failure? In recent months Borussia Monchengladbach have been trying to negotiate with Thuram to discuss about contract extension but negotiations had reached an impasse so after seeing this situations Borussia Monchengladbach has give up and let Thuram left with free transfer status this summer and actually there were several speculate why Thuram didn't want to extended his contract with Borussia Monchengladbach and one of them is because his father Lilian Thuram had advised him to move to a big club

Actually the future of Thuram was predictable before because since last season he was linked to several clubs but because Borussia Monchengladbach want high price some of them are withdraw to get him and maybe it's time for Thuram moved to big clubs and it's not difficult for him to get new clubs because currently he is into Chelsea and Inter Milan watchlist

It's not gladbach who didn't wanna to extend his contract but thuram was rejecting a new offer from gladbach.

The Frenchman is out of contract at the end of the campaign and has rejected a new offer from the German club, putting Europe’s top sides on notice.

It can be said that if thuram wanna move into the new league that may give him a new challenge. There are so many clubs who interested to get him. There is a strong reason why thuram didn't wanna try to accept the new contract from gladbach. He may not feel confident anymore in gladbach.
