Chelsea don't need any more players, they just need a good coach to make use of the players available, the management are the problem, they lack football experience. I never supporter them hiring Lampard again, when we have good coaches . With Chelsea signing Kendry Paez and spending up to 20 million Euros I'm not sure I can improve that aspect of Chelsea's game.
Even though Kendry Paez is one of the players from Ecuador who won the best player title at the NGT tournament in 2022, Chelsea doesn't really need him.
This decision is whether useful or not but in my opinion a waste of money.
At the moment Chelsea have pretty good players like Enzo Fernandez,
Mykhailo Mudryk, Raheem Sterling and Kai Havertz so that for now Chelsea needs a coach who is really able to take advantage of some of these great players to be able to give a good game and a win.

Is not it dortmund's habit? i meant dortmund was always looking for cheap young talented players and then the club was developing these cheap players to be sold for a high price to another big club. This football business has been run by dortmund since a long time ago.
Dortmund is always waiting for the best offer but as far as i know real madrid has been preparing so much money for him. It seems like that bellingham has more probability to join real madrid rather than another team.

That's what Borussia Dortmund has always done, when they have young players at a low market price and they can develop their talent, when the players have a high market price and offer they will sell them for a profit.
