If Liverpool happens to sign Joao Felix, I don't think they'll be doing so because they want him to replace Mohammed Salah because despite the fact that they're attacking players, the two players in question does not play in the same position. Salah plays from the right wing of the flank while Felix plays from the left wing or behind the  main striker.

As a young player Mohammed Kudus took the right steps he knows how to start his career in the Premier League, like you said, he needs more game time and a better understanding of the competition in the Premier after that he could move to another elite club. If he chooses move to Chelsea, Liverpool or Manchester United  there's no guarantee he'll get a place in the squad clearly not easy to compete with the main players there.
