Totally depends on the decision from the player itself. If osimhen had EPL as his main dream and why shall he go to the another league like french league. Personally, I believe that the offer won't have much significance. It seems probable that Osimhen will choose to join Chelsea and compete in the EPL rather than transferring to PSG.
