So having a bad season makes him a bad player? You forgetting last season already? Not even what he can still do in the future? Totally depends on the decision from the player itself. If osimhen had EPL as his main dream and why shall he go to the another league like french league. Personally, I believe that the offer won't have much significance. It seems probable that Osimhen will choose to join Chelsea and compete in the EPL rather than transferring to PSG. For example we see a player who plays for his team for long years and later being transferred by a rival team. There are examples like this in football. It should be possible when it comes to manager preferences as well actually.

But not every team think like this of course.    Maybe just as you said Barcelona won't even consider a manager who has a long history with their rival team, Real Madrid. I just hope Barcelona make the right decision on their next manager.
