Rashford is currently making 300k pounds a week and the claimed offer by PSG is around 430k pounds a week. This would mean like an additional 6 million euros more to his current salary per year. 

This offer would be tempting for Rashford I assume. He hasn't been a consistent player at Manchester United so far. One year we saw him performing great and in another he was the opposite. Manchester United's condition is also known. They have been on the decline for a long time. PSG could be a nice choice to win more titles for Rashford. It wouldn't be the same as winning a Premier League title though.    Let's see what the Red Devils think about a possible deal.

Signing Rashford next season can be a solution for PSG after most likely they will lose Mbappe next season, losing Mbappe certainly makes PSG management have to work hard to replace him because so far Mbappe is the only striker they rely on, the need for strikers does require PSG to spend a lot of money and maybe even Manchester United will ask for more than just 80 million because they are PSG currently have no other option but Rashford.

This offer could sway Man United because, with Rashford's current performance, 80 million Euros is more than worth it, but the question is whether Marcus Rashford is willing to join PSG. As far as I know, Rashford is a fairly loyal player to Man United and it seems he is also quite reluctant to leave the Premier League. So the final decision still rests with Rashford. If only Man United accepted the offer, but on the other side Rashford insisted that he still wanted to play with Man United, I think it would be quite difficult for Man United to force Rashford to accept the offer (like what happened when Man United gave an offer to Barcelona, to sign De Jong).

If there is no certainty whatsoever then it is certain that PSG's interest in Rashford is still just a rumor because PSG is also rumored to be interested in Osimhen. Last season Rashford was also rumored to be leaving, but he made a statement to stay at Man United because of his love for the club. Replacing Kryian Mbappe will be difficult but bringing in Marcus Rashford and Victor Osimhen will be a good start towards replacing the French superstar. Both players might not be at their best currently but they are both young and can improve if they are given the best conditions. Rashford has started losing the support of the fans and technical team because he has not lived up to expectations. Victor Osimhen has not replicated last season's goalscoring ability and I suspect that this might be as a result of him playing under less quality coaches. Luis Enrique has proved to be a good coach who can build young players and manage big players. It is very possible that these two players can flourish in PSG under this great tactician.

I can understand it since atletico madrid must also regenerate its players. Some players are getting olders and they may not capable enough to compete in la liga.

Diego simeone took him as one of potential striker to be recruited. Greenwood is still young enough and a very good striker. People were only underestimating him due to the his scandal but it doesn't remove the fact that if green wood was a good player.

Bayern can at least prepare a long-term project under him, who understands better than Tuchel. I'd prefer Bayern Munich to give him a chance to be a new appointment. I knew that if it took a lot of consideration, why not? As long as Xabi can slowly show progress, there's nothing wrong with it.

That's why Xabi is leaning toward Bayern Munich rather than Liverpool if he must choose which club to be his next destination. It shows how intelegence he was. Im not doubting if xabi can be recruited by bayern.

Alonso and his squad aren't giving up and weekly they put up a whole different energy towards that trophy race. Comparing Xabi's abiliy based on his performances with his team, it'll be fair to admit his superiority in skillset. Leverkusen when Xabi took over had to start from scratch to build up to where they are now. So far Xabi, he has been a good boss and his methods have worked perfectly for Leverkusen. One would wonder how he managed to put up such feat for the team considering the spot he picked them from. It's one quality that can definitely be found in a good manager.

 Bayer Leverkusen have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good. Tuchel's presence in the team ought to make a significant impact to their endeavors all time and also Kane's performance needed to add a big advantage to them but so far, their recent games have turned out opposite of their normal and expected performance rate.

 It'll only mean that their journey this season to a top spot is threatened and no one can say exactly if they'll be able to scale through it. They've not been encouraging and it's quite appaling that they remain depreciated week after week.
