I never expected Bayern to consider Kompany as a new manager for the club and it's not predictable for sure This is going to be insane if this news comes true caused by kompany's team burnley was performing so badly this season. I think it is too soon to say anything. You also need to remember that Edward is back, and they will likely discuss some stuff including which players will they need to develop and so on. I remember reading Slott's ability to develop young players and work with a limited budget is OK, so that's probably what they're after. There's no perfect replacement for Klopp. Even if Pep comes in I believe some fans will be dissatisfied anyway. So yeah, if you're a Liverpool fan just save your grumbling and see whether you play good football next season. I doubt with Liverpool manager next season Arne Slot behind he not any special yet come from the mediocre team of Eredivisie and this season not winning the domestic league tittle yet. Whoever comes in the end will certainly have a big risk as well as the Slot because even if they currently bring in another coach like De Zerbi for example, of course the risk will also be very large.

No one can even guess where the fault is though but maybe they just have to try again next season. Hopefully they'll make a difference.

 They've had good records from the beginning of their existence till 2seasons ago when they started experiencing gradual decline. Their coach switches has an effect on the team, they found it hard to secure a good coach that complements and will impact the team positively. And this has been on and on till this season when the situation got critical and United is literally nowhere to be found in the top 4 spot and they keep going behind in their struggle each passing week.

 So far, United haven't proven to be relevant this season. There's been important games that they themselves have thrown away because of how incompetent they're turned out to be at playing at the peak of their performances. Well, it's only sad that they experience this height of team leakage and breakage too. They just have to find a permanent solution to their issue. I must say that the issue is a general team predicament and they need to be set back to default mode.

On Kompany as a potential replacement for Tuchel, I think is a big jump for his career, he may as well do very well but the odds of that happening are very low, he's only two years into his managerial career and such a move is too big, hope he doesn't make the mistake Steven Gerard and Frank Lampard made in the early stage of their career. Bayern Munich is in a lot of mess and would need someone with enough experience to make them compete again.

This could be one of the reasons why Bayern failed to attract quality players. Even Tuchel has decided to leave Bayern Munich after the management made a surprising U-turn for him.

What??? he's just 34 years old, Pepe already 41 years old and he can still playing for FC Porto, it's too early for Kroos to retire. He's still very good right now, I don't see his performance decline. He might think his football academy already make more than what he get paid in Real Madrid, but he forget if business has a risk to bankrupt. Kroos isn't someone who have a really big name like Griezmann, Neymar, Kante etc (I mention their names because comparing to Messi and Ronaldo is too much).

So if he's not successful with his business, not teams want to hire him with decent salary, he will get paid less.

There is an update on Sesko's transfer. Firstly I agree with you that Bayern Munich were so much in a haste to hire Tuchel and sack Julien Neglesmann at that time. To me it wasn’t a decision made because of his team performance because he was certainly in the title race then and was just few points behind Dortmund if I could remember and had actually qualified for the Champions League Knockout stages without losing a single game in the group stage then, overcoming Barcelona and then potential finalists Inter Milan. Tuchel came and got them knocked out and almost lost the league if not for Dortmund bottling it at death. So yes they were wrong to sack Neglesmann, he would have been the perfect person for them considering his age too.

Now Bayern wants to hire someone that could play better football and also Stay longer that’s why the likes of Mourinho and Conte aren’t even considered. I disagree with you about De Zerbi edging Kompany because to me they both are of the same class, both still raw and haven’t mastered their game well. After previously being linked with Bayern Munich, now the latest news links Ronald Araujo with Aston Villa and maybe this could be a real solution for Barcelona to get fresh funds in the summer. Barcelona's financial problems will never be resolved as long as they do not sell their players at high costs and therefore they must do so if there are offers from other clubs.

I think Aston Villa are quite serious about this, especially since they are ensuring themselves to appear in the Champions League so they have to strengthen one of their sides and maybe bringing in Ronald Araujo could be the right solution. Maybe the problem comes back to Barcelona who often retain their players and I hope this time they can consider it properly.
