I don't think that Manchester United will retain Eric Ten Hag, there were some reports today linking Ipswich coach to the old Trafford job. It went further to say that Manchester United has already held a secret meeting with the man but nothing has been finalized yet, but they are hopeful that something will soon develop. I'm not doubting Kompany, but with his current status and the Bundesliga competition, of course Leverkusen is still above Bayern Munich. The decision to bring Vincent Kompany was considered an option that was not in the initial target because Bayern Munich had received several rejections from big name coaches, as a result choosing Kompany was just a dead end and it happened that Kompany wanted to challenge himself. So don't be surprised if Bayern Munich expectations cannot be met in terms of the quality of Kompany playing style it doesn't look right at Bauern Munich.

It surprises me yet again after barcelona will announce flick as a new coach. I wondered if Xavi's future was clear and if he would still be the Barcelona coach but things have been changing draastically after some journalist reported that if barcelona is willing to announce a new coach for its club. Chelsea is a joke under todd boehly. pochet has started to show his progress but todd sack him. It will be fine if club will try to bring a good coach.



Xavi is now jobless and he can become a very good target by chelsea. I'd rather remove those names and replace them with Xavi as Chelsea's potential coach. Xavi has extensive experience developing young talent in Barcelona. I don't know what was going through Laporta's mind when he fired Xavi, even though he himself was the one who initially asked Xavi to stay. Now everything becomes clear when he shows his true colors and I am quite sad about the news of Xavi's dismissal. Who would have thought that this legend who was so loyal to his former club would have to leave Camp Nou so quickly.

 Will Chelsea ever be able to get out of this predicament. They were once a vibrant team and they really didn't have to stay less at this point they are now but they just can't be blamed though. Not withstanding, as a team, they ought to try to find better solutions to correcting these players and managerial errors they've made so far. Hopefully this summer would be different and Boehly will develop thesame eagerness and zeal Abrahamovic had for the London side as their glory just needs to be restored back and very fast too. They're a competitive and high placed team and they have to bounce back and cover up this season's lapses too.

I don't think that Manchester United will retain Eric Ten Hag, there were some reports today linking Ipswich coach to the old Trafford job. It went further to say that Manchester United has already held a secret meeting with the man but nothing has been finalized yet, but they are hopeful that something will soon develop. With this I don't think Eric Ten Hag job is safe at Manchester United. I don't see Eric Ten Hag handling the affairs of Manchester United. The new management don't trust him enough, they are of the opinion that if Ten Hag was going to transform Manchester United that two years was enough to see that change, but so far Manchester United are far worst where Ten Hag meet them, so the decision to terminate his his contract. I'm sure the management of United will make known of Ten Hag fate soon.

The decision could go either way as Eric Ten Hag has not done well for Manchester United since taking over, especially as they finished the season very badly. With the team's performance under him being so poor, Manchester United will surely discuss his exit. It's not that Manchester United aren't negotiating with a quality manager, they're definitely looking for a quality manager if they get a quality manager and if everything goes well with that manager, they can certainly hire a new manager next season. If Manchester United trusts Eric Ten Hag without appointing a new manager, then of course he will give this manager strict conditions and if the manager accepts those strict conditions, he can stay at Manchester United.

If you look at Ten Hag's work with Man United in the past 2 seasons, it can be assumed that Man United has experienced a setback, and I think that reason is enough to get Ten Hag fired. This season Man United has been really bad, and even this is their lowest finish in the Premier League since 1989-90. If Man United continues to trust Ten Hag to handle Man United next season, that would clearly be a big question mark.

As far as I know, Man United has been interested in Thomas Tuchel, and it seems that Tuchel has also given a hint that he is also interested in becoming Man United's coach. But recently a new rumor has emerged, that after being fired by Chelsea, Mauricio Pochettino seems to be linked with Man United.

I wouldnt fire Ten Hag based on this season. Did you forget his accomplishments last year? Respect the dude! I understand. No doubt, this season was tough. But blame Ten Hag? Man, thats lazy. Beyond what we see, much happens. Glazers, internal politics,... a disaster. Many times, the management is blamed. Ten Hag's not perfect, but he's doing his best. I'd love to see him at Bayern if United let him go. Getting a club to back him is his due.

How is Glazzer's internal politics affecting Manchester United performance in the football pitch? The Glazzer's are not owing Manchester United players neither are they owing their staffs. The Glazzer's have backed Ten Hag with enough money in each of the transfer seasons he has been at the helm of affairs in Manchester United. So I don't really see how the Glazzer's politics should be brought in at this point. Okay you you are saying Ten Hag did good last season then what happened this season? Why didn't he continue building from where he stopped last season. Arsenal and Manchester City continued on their consistency from last season to this season, if Ten Hag was very good as you are saying, he should be at the top 4 because he finished there last season. Ten Hag was just a one season wonder.

I don't know what was going through Laporta's mind when he fired Xavi, even though he himself was the one who initially asked Xavi to stay. Now everything becomes clear when he shows his true colors and I am quite sad about the news of Xavi's dismissal. Who would have thought that this legend who was so loyal to his former club would have to leave Camp Nou so quickly.

Now Barcelona has replaced Hansi Flick and as we know he is a coach with a lot of experience. I think Barcelona, after firing Xavi, was not wrong in choosing Hansi Flick as his replacement and this will be his new challenge in managing Barcelona until 2026. Let's see if next season Barcelona will find its glory again with Hansi Flick, we should look forward to it.

I don't want to believe that there's any justification to how Barcelona president Laporta handled the issue between the club management and Xavi Hernandez. The young manager had already seen that his time at the club has elapsed and told everyone that he was gonna leave at the end of the season but the club president and the management convinced him to remain at the club beyond the end of the current season only to sack him few weeks later after he agreed to remain at the club.
It's totally disrespectful if you ask me and shouldn't be melted on a man like Xavi Hernandez who has really given his all to the club. Hansi Flick is an experienced manager but I think it'll be difficult for him to succeed at Barcelona especially now that the club is struggling in with their finances. He'll have to manage the current squad at Barcelona to succeed and that I think will be a very difficult task for him.
