Todd Boehly's decision disappointed blues fans. They are delighted with Pochettino's performance, but many people were disappointed to see him replaced by a substandard coach like Maresca by todd boehly.  So many parties never expect this to happen.

Long-term contracts may be signed, but unsuccessful results can spell the end of any coach. I would just like to see more experienced coaches at Chelsea. It could have been Xavi or Mourinho, but I guess their preferences were different. If he chooses to change the whole team, it could cost Chelsea a few seasons. Both Pochettino and Tuchel are names that finished last season unsuccessfully. Pochettino left Chelsea. Tuchel managed Bayern, which was in the shadow of Leverkusen. At this stage, Manchester United needs to sign a more successful coach. What's the point of sending Ten Hag off the team if they instead continue with a coach who failed last season? Chelsea, following Liverpool, does not choose the most popular coach, but I agree that Moresca is a prominent coach, and he shows with the example of Leicester that he knows how to achieve success. A 5-year contract is too long, when I see such terms, I’m always skeptical, but who knows, maybe Moresca will be able to achieve what Pochettino couldn’t.
