After going through a fairly complicated round, it is now certain that Manchester United will bring in De Ligt from Bayern Munich. Smiley

The details are as seen in the picture where Manchester United will pay 45m euros plus 5m euros add ons and this makes it one of the most expensive recruits this summer. Manchester United are required to bring in a new center back considering that Leny Yoro is certain to be absent for a very long time and this could be a solution to overcome the defense line.

In addition, this will also be a reunion for Erik ten Hag and his former player who also used to defend Ajax and it is hoped that after this Manchester United can advance without experiencing other obstacles.

For real though, after getting the deals for Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro done, Manchester United had been quiet in the transfer window, reading this update brought peace to my heart because I have been worried about the season ahead.
No, the initial plan has always been to bring in two solid defenders, not because of the Injured Leny Yoro. All I'm praying/ hoping, is for de Ligt to give Manchester United solid defending duties for three months consistently before Leny Yoro jumps back in fully fit with the squad.

de Ligt knows the manager well, the project and having Lisandro Martinez andAntony will definitely help de Ligt settle in and prepare for the great season ahead. Mazraoui also has been added. I see the plans of Erik Ten Hag to make use of both Mazraoui and Dalot as fullbacks.
One more addition I'm keen to see happening would be that of a new defensive midfielder. I don't trust Casemiro like I did during his first season. Getting Top Four should be the long goal for United this season.

To me leaving Madrid that is easy when you have achieved everything and as a player you some how see if you are being needed like before, because you also need to shine like the other players and the only way to do that is playing as regular as possible. If Rodrygo can picture how his playing time and his importance is going to be at Madrid he would not think twice if making a move out from Madrid since he's the only one fit to be left out between the 3 of them (Bellingham,  Vinicius Jr and him self Rodrygo) for Mbappe.
Pep Guardiola has everything planned out and is moving to Man City has a positive turn out then he can have that playing time even more than what Alvarez had when he was at Man City. Winning titles with the Citizens is something that he had to put at the back of his mind because it must surely come through, so I'd also wish to see him at the Etihad besides he's the kind they need.

The Transfer Market is still currently shaking. Teams are getting to where they're having to make decisions so they can activate their own plans as well. Let me give 2 big examples.

João Neves was quoted for €120m or nothing. PSG accepted exactly half of that in €60m + €10m in add-ons.

Victor Osimhen was quoted for €113m.  Now everyone knows that if a team is serious, they can get him for €70-80 so Conte's Lukaku Dream can come through.

Omorodion was a NO GO AREA for Chelsea as said by Athletico Madrid at the beginning of window. He's a Chelsea player today for €40m because Alvarez became available.

Im expecting a lot of movements before the end of the summer transfer window. Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester city and Liverpool are still in the market and a lot can still happen before the deadline day.

I don't understand what Chelsea's current way of thinking is towards the player purchases they make, because they are like fomo and like feeling something is missing when they don't bring in players.
Currently, there are rumors that Chelsea have agreed to bring Mike Penders, who is a goalkeeper with a price tag of 17 million.

https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/cn5rz5kvqk7o
If this deal is successful, they will indirectly be like cultivating goalkeepers because this is the 8th goalkeeper they have brought in after Kepa returned after a loan from Madrid and Filip Jorgensen who was brought in from Villarreal last month.
They don't seem to realize the situation so they don't seem to care about the money that is burned just for the ambition of bringing in players.

Well, this is absolutely crazy and stupid at the same time, because the hierarchy of Chelsea football club don't even know what they are doing, they are just busy assembling bunch of average players into the team and by doing so, they are practically turning the team into an average team, ok let's look at how Chelsea have been since Todd boehly and co took over the club, with the kind of players he is signing into the club, I don't see Chelsea winning anything tangible in the next ten years, unless this clown of a club own keeps off from the day to day running of the club, because from what I have seen so far, and with the kind of stupid decisions being taken daily,  I think they are gradually establishing themselves as a mid table team, because they can't be assembling bunch of kids and be expecting to achieve anything tangible with them, so in essence of what am trying to say is that until Todd boehly and co remove their filthy hands from the day to day running of Chelsea football club, Chelsea football club will keeps on struggling under his reign.

Fábio Carvalho is one of the young players who has potential at first because indeed seeing his performance in the midfield he actually has a performance above average compared to other players at his age, it's just that the intense competition in Liverpool's midfield especially with the presence of several other players who were brought in made him left out because he could not compete and get more time for playing hours.

Being loaned out to several small clubs was also a little late in the end because he was too long on the bench so that his potential faded a little but by being at Brentford now then this could be a turning point because at least by being at Brentford next season there is a situation where he can play more than when imposing being at Liverpool.

I think Fabio Carvalho's performance was enough for him to play in the team, but the club didn't think so and allowed his transfer. The club may have chosen this path to find resources for the transfer. When they sent the player on loan, Fabio Carvalho showed good performance and proved himself. Despite this, such a decision was not a good situation for the player, but he will continue to improve his performance no matter which team he goes to.

Playing in Brentford is a good team choice for Carvalho's development. It could be questioned whether the situation would be good if he went to another team, but I think he will do well in Brentford.
The presence of Szoboszlai and his position which always alternates with Elliott makes it difficult for Fabio Carvalho to penetrate the main squad because he lost the competition, although previously he was loaned out to several clubs so that his performance improved because he got more time to play but when competition for the main line up is very difficult at Liverpool then indeed he has no other choice but to leave Liverpool.

This is a fitting decision and Liverpool are also not too disadvantaged because keeping Carvalho for a long time on the bench is also actually difficult at this time so they have to take the middle way by selling this player.

By going to Brentford at least there is a new hope for Carvalho to regain momentum at a fairly young age at this time because this is what he should have done from the start in order to get a club that can accept him and for self-development to have more performance later.

The story isn't clear as it is and by now I saw this kind of move like Rodrygo would look for a way to leave Madrid because the Mbappe move made things to turn around for the player Rodrygo. A good player that wants enough playing time doesn't need to be in the bench and it would have been better to join the Citizens because he would get more game time but I can't tell if he's even sure of leaving the 15x champions league winners, if he stays I don't see him having that energy of last season, without any doubt I think this player might force his way out from Madrid at time soon.
Perhaps the move by Man City to sell Julian Alvarez to Atletico Madrid has something to do with Rodrygo, currently Manchester City still really needs a replacement for Alvarez and Guardiola sees what is needed in his squad in Rodrygo. Leaving Real Madrid is not an easy thing to do because he has everything there, but if Guardiola can give him more playing time, maybe this transfer will happen soon. He is a good player, he needs more playing time to develop his full potential, if Ancelotti cannot guarantee him a place in the first team due to Mbappe arrival, he will look for another club that can improve his quality. Manchester City is also a big club, moving there is not a bad choice for him because he can win titles with Manchester City.
But I remember when Ancelotti said that there would be no more players coming in and out of their current squad, that means it is unlikely to expect Real Madrid to release Rodrygo to Manchester City. But all that could still change when the player continues to pressure the team to immediately sell him to another team. Personally, I believe more that what Ancelotti said will happen, which is that they already have a squad that will not change again at least at the beginning of this season.
Honestly, I don't know in depth about Pep Guardiola's interest in Rodrygo, even if it is true then it is a very natural thing because in terms of ability Rodrygo is indeed a player who has very good abilities. However, it will be difficult for Manchester City to realize his move from Real Madrid, because Real Madrid itself has closed itself off from the transfer market.

We recently saw some news about Rodrygo the player of Real Madrid moving to Manchester City. Rodrygo is instead to Manchester City and he would like to start playing there maybe that's because of Pep Guardiola working there.
Even a few months ago, Rodrygo started talking about Manchester City and he said Manchester City is the best team in the world. This made us think Rodrygo is interested in playing for Manchester City soon. But he recently said he won't leave Real Madrid and he prefers to stay in Real Madrid for a longer time even if Guadiola calls him.

I have not received any definite news about Rodrygo wanting to leave Madrid because there is Mbappe in my opinion he is still a key player for Real Madrid maybe he will lose a little playing time but it seems he will not leave the club and I think Madrid is also not interested in selling him, I think Rodrygo is a good kid and he is disciplined and he knows what is better in Madrid until now he has won 2 Champions with them and it can be said that his contribution in recent seasons has also been extraordinary so I think Madrid fans will not let this happen.

But I believe with Ancelotti he will find tiki taka or a good strategy for the players so that they get playing minutes especially someone like Rodrygo of course he will get his performance and the arrival of Mbappe does not make things worse I think they will work together better and I think Rodrygo is not a loser this is a challenge for him in Madrid by continuing to try to get a place there to compete and he deserves to be in Madrid.

Chelsea ambition to improve their squad is not wrong but what is happening now seems to have gone too far, they have brought in a lot of players and also burned a lot of money at the moment but it doesn't seem like that's enough to stop Chelsea transfer activity, Chelsea is again trying to make transfers which in my opinion is not important and actually just wastes money when they bring in a goalkeeper who they don't even know where else to position them in the squad,  their squad is very crowded with young players who they bought very expensively but so far they haven't able to show quite good performance in pre-season matches, in my opinion if Todd Boehly continues to show his unlimited ambition by bringing in players now, that is will not make Chelsea better in the future but it does not rule out the possibility that they could be subject to fair financial sanctions in the future.

Comparison of the number of Chelsea and Manchester City players :
