Gallagher is only 24 years old why would a 2+1 contract for such a player be fair? I think Chelsea could easily offer him a full 3 or 4 year contract with an option to extend it for another year and besides Gallagher is a Chelsea pupil, a player of character who always gives his best on the pitch and fans and experts appreciate him for that.
As for fair contract terms, you can look at West Ham, who signed 31 year old Füllkrug on a 3+1 scheme and paid 30 million euros for the transfer, and Chesley has a 24 year old player, an academy pupil and they just sell him for 40 million to Atletico Madrid.

Sometimes even though a player has really good talent, he ends up having some disciplinary issues. I don’t know if I can actually call this or disciplinary issue or not. But a player rejecting the offer of a new contract twice is definitely not a good sign for any club. And it is also probably a sign that the player wants to leave.

So it is probably best for the club to find a way to sell the player. If the player has rejected the contract twice, he is clearly not happy, either with the contract or with the club. Either way, it is better for the club to actually let him go, regardless of how good the player is. but if possible and if the player is so important, probably they should improve the contract and try to keep him. But as we know, he has already rejected two contracts, probably he wants to leave.

PSG is really lucky to get Joao Neves, Joao Neves officially move from Benfica to PSG for 60 Million Euros.

Neves is still 19 years old and he contribute many thing when he was play for Benfica, moving to PSG isn't a bad idea since Ligue 1 is tougher than Liga Portugal. But, the contract is 5 years long, so it means he might join other team when he was 24 years old, still quite young for football player.

Yes I am agree with you that PSG is very lucky because they got a very good player for only €60 million euros and from all above it Joao Neves is only just 19 years old. With the passage of time he will get better and better. However, PSG was looking for a well-attributed midfielder and finally got a young and talented player like Joao Neves. After the departure of Marco Verratti, PSG had a lot of lack in the midfield area, except for Vitinha and Fabian Ruiz, there were no players that Luis Enrique could use for his tactics, but now PSG has signed a talent like Joao Neves and now we hope that he will conclude the performance beyond the expectations of his fans and club. 
 
Anyway, now we will see how Luis Enrique makes a lineup in which Joao Neves gets role play and contributes to his team according to his performance status.

Why on earth is Arsenal and Arteta still have Edward Nketiah around the Gunners? I thought he was suppose to leave the side and join the French side Marseille and up till now nothing concrete has happened instead the deal is looking like a goalless game. Is annoying to still have Arsenal not doing anything in the striking department and if the player stays till next season we might not see something new, many are banking on Arsenal to win the EPL but with all these sluggish move I don't see the gunners making any progress in lifting the EPL title. Edward Keddar Nketiah is a player that was given the opportunity to own the number 9 position but couldn't get at least 3 hat trick in a season with so many wasted opportunities, just one, to me I don't see him as a player who has anything to offer to the team, this is when the Gunners need to sell him and get someone better, with Alexander Isak off the book of Arsenal who's next?🤔

It seems you don’t know who Nketiah is that is why you are saying that he is wasting a lot of opportunities.

He is a striker that lack playing time, Arsenal prefer to use Gabriel Jesus or Havertz instead of him which is why he have less goals. In the 2022/23 season, he was given opportunity to play when Jesus got injured, he scored 9 goals in 10 matches which Jesus couldn’t score after starting for Arsenal for most matches.

The main reason why Arsenal didn’t let him go is because they Marseille don’t value him and they offers small amount of money which I don’t expect Arsenal to accept.

If Nketiah is given playing time, he can do better, but if not then he should only leave to a team that values him because he is a good striker.

Chelsea disrespected him by offering a very short contract extension. I understand why he rejected it. It was to to get a long contract extension from the club. This is the reason why Gallagher was always rejecting the new contract from Chelsea.

Those who don't know the details would blame Gallagher. They would blame his decision not to accept a new contract from Chelsea.

I'd like to see him come and join in the ATM as a new player instead of staying on Chelsea.

To be honest, I don't think the two years contract with the option of extending it to an extra one year by Chelsea to Conor Gallagher was fair enough considering his current age. Personally, I feel it's the same as telling him to leave without coming out out clear about it and for a player that knows his worth, the England international decided to leave the club. Even after deciding to leave Chelsea, Gallagher rejected some offers from other clubs including Atletico Madrid finally tabled what he deemed okay for himself. Gallagher during this summer transfer window have shown that he actually knows his worth and wouldn't take anything less. Hopefully, he succeeds at  his new club.

Yes, I read this news a few days ago. I remember Atletico Madrid was interested in him. I didn't see anything about him rejecting Atletico Madrid. He could probably transfer to Atletico Madrid. He played a lot of games for Chelsea last year, he was one of the most important players in the team. I don't understand why Chelsea didn't want him this year, I think he was very good. He will also make his own way, naturally his path seems to be in Atletico Madrid.
