Ronaldo has rejected millions of dollars because of his reputation, he has rejected alcohol brand advertisement and even ordinary Coca-Cola drink to later request for ordinary water. He has been a role model for many people but I can't say for the family aspect. I don't quite understand the context correctly but then, Arsenal needs depth with the too many fixtures this season, I'd highly doubt they want to ditch an experienced player like Jorginho now. I'd give him now till the end of the season to decide because I don't see him doing the same next season. The pace of the game in the Premier League has evolved likewise changed and players like him needs to leave otherwise become useless when lined up amongst other top players.
Victor Oshime had to go, he needed a team to play with to keep fit. In between, Galatasaray was far from his first choice he had in his mind when he considered leaving Napoli. Definitely it's a bad news, Chelsea didn't lack of money, instead they lack of good management.

The scouters need to be fired since they have no capability to find good players, from 20 players they signed, only 2-3 are good players. Someone need to buy out Chelsea in order to make Chelsea's future bright.

Well, to be honest, if Jorginho leaves for Galatasaray, it would have been better for him. He has been playing for Arsenal for few years now after moving from Chelsea. In recent seasons, I haven’t seen him got enough playing time in the club and this will definitely affect his performance in the future. I usually forget about him because he’s not often used by club.
