Injuries have affected Martial's career so he hasn't been able to improve and the competition within the team has been greater with the arrival of new players.
He was an important player when he first came to Manchester United but a change of manager, injuries and competition between players made it difficult for him to develop at Manchester United.

Quote
Having said that, he is better off in a team that he would be constantly playing, game time is very important for every player, so if you are not getting it in your current club, like Martial wasn't in United, best decision you can take is to leave.
If a player is not in the manager's plans then it is better to leave the club and look for another team to get game time.
But the problem is sometimes the club's interest in the player and if there is no serious offer it will make it difficult for him to find another club.
I agree and it would be better for Matrial to look for another club so he can play regularly to improve his performance.

Joao Felix isn't a bad player, he just had some terrible luck when it comes to playing at places that fit him, I think he was fine for Barcelona and he did alright, after all Barcelona wasn't that great last season and that means he was a good player of a bad team and that wasn't really a bad thing.

I do expect him to do fine at Chelsea, didn't really expected Chelsea to spend this much money again to get him, they have a lot of players and that's a bit of an unlucky situation for Felix once again, it's really not that good and I believe that we are going to see him not do that well and we could be seeing that not because he is a bad player but because there are many talents at Chelsea, they have like 40+ players and that is why Felix may not get the chance that he wants and this could result with him not having a good season. When a team has few options, they can wait patiently until a player gets his groove back, but when they have many options they would just end up trying another player.

I don't think he will find the same environment in La Liga that he found in the Premier League. La Liga is more advantageous than the Premier League in many aspects. I don't think he can show the performance he showed at Barcelona. I don't think his previous Chelsea adventure was very bright either. Chelsea have made some interesting transfers recently. Joao Felix will go down as one of them. Also, Chelsea started this season well, but they might return to their old chaotic days at any moment. Even Haaland would flounder in such a team...
In my opinion, Joao Felix's performance is mediocre as a striker, not as good as people say, even since he was loaned to Barcelona, last season he was only able to create 10 goals from 39 appearances, as a striker he can be said to be far from productive, but I didn't expect Chelsea to prefer buying this player compared to buying Victor Oshimen who is clearly more productive, at a high price even though his quality is not too good, especially with the many choices Chelsea does not only focus on Felix, they will try to rotate their players so they can find a suitable game, I think Felix does not get the chance to play much at Chelsea.

Chelsea sales are still continuing into the January transfer window, with several players already on the transfer list due to their failure to adapt to new manager Enzo Maresca system. £88m-rated winger Mykhailo Mudryk is one of several names set to leave, Axel Disasi, Benoit Badiashile and Ben Chilwell also available for sale in the winter window. It's a shame that one of the players who has the potential to become a big star in the future is on the transfer list in the upcoming January transfer window. Chelsea are also experiencing panic at right-back after the injury suffered by Reece James, several names have been prepared to be brought to Stamford Bridge including Jules Kounde and Jeremie Frimpong.

Is Chelsea finally giving up on Mudryk? If it's true, then it's a classic strategy. Buy high and sell low. It seems this is what they wanted.

But nothing surprises if they decide to sell him. he never improves his performance. Keeping him long-term will be a burden considering they must pay his salary £100,000 weekly for 8 years. And I'm wondering who's gonna buy him from Chelsea? How much are they gonna sell him?   Cheesy

None is going to take him, unless that they are selling him for half of his buying price.

Martial has been having a hard time lately, after his contract ended I thought he would go to Brazil to strengthen Flamengo but the negotiations failed, and now he has landed in the Greek team AEK, I think he has landed perfectly there to make it stable again so he can return to a more competitive league, the player who once received the title of the best young player in recent years has now faded due to the injury he suffered while at United and he had to be crossed out from the list of names of Eric the head coach of Man United. Now he has to find his identity again there I pray the best for him and he deserves respect from Man United after what he has given while wearing the Man United uniform, AEK is also a strong club in Greece I think he will adapt well there for his future development a talented player and has great skills like him should get a better place than now.

It's just so unfortunate that players who once spice up Manchester United are now fading away because i could a time when Martial was active and shining for Manchester United but now due to the club's underperformance has made most of their notable players to fade away from the news and it's also bad that Martial suffered injury for some time now and made him to be on and off of their games. AEK is a strong club in the Greece super league and I think Martial is gonna get better over there because he is not gonna face any pressure over there but he should avoid having injuries that may ruin his stay at the Greece super league wish him well at his newly found club.

Maresca is right, Mudryk, Disasi, and Badiashile are bad players, they should be kicked out from Chelsea. I think Chelsea should give a chance to Chilwell because he was good in the last season, he's also a senior player, which is needed due to Chelsea players are mostly young.

Frimpong and Kounde aren't that good, they're just overrated players. Chelsea should find a no name player instead.

I agree if Enzo Maresca says something bad about Mudryk quality because in the end the Blues old players will struggle to get regular playing time when Enzo Maresca has many players to choose from. It is time for Chelsea to change the pattern of the game but that does not mean buying players continuously. I am confused with this purchase rule whether the Blues are approaching FFP sanctions or not. Everything will be investigated in the future, and Chelsea could be penalised for excessive purchases.

Yea, you are very much correct and I also share the same sentiment as you bro, mudryk, disasi and the worst of them all is badiashile should be kicked out of the club even though it's a loan, let them just be shown the exit door because they are not good enough to play for Chelsea, and to me, it's a welcome development that Chelsea has finally understand that the money spent on mudryk is a waste, because he is actually going to do them more harm than good if they rely on him that much.

Then  as for Ben chilwel, he is actually a good player in my own opinion, just that the coach of Chelsea Enzo mascara doesn't rate him that much and besides they have two left back already, so I don't think he is actually needed because his presence make it Three player vying for the left back position, so the actual fact is that he is just surplus to requirements, and that is why he should be sold.

Lastly, In my own opinion, I still don't understand why Nicolas Jackson is not among the list of players that should be sold, because to me, he is a shit of a finisher, and it's his lack competence in front of goal is why Chelsea are where they are now, so it would be very much logical if he is sold and a more potent striker replace him in the team.

The Italian League is very competitive with lots of teams competing for the title, we have seem how they sack managers and employ new ones just to get a good result. Almost every top team in the league have sacked and employed a new manager and that’s what Roma did as well.

It seems they need urgent results and can’t let this season pass them by. A lot of teams are impatient with managers because they need good results as soon as possible and they don’t care if he used to be a good player for the team or a legend for the club. It is really surprising hearing about the sack of De Rossi, the league is very competitive with lots o pressure on coaches. Now being a coach will come with lots of pressure because you are expected to deliver at all cost within a short period of time.
While I do understand that Roma wasn't doing that great, I still think that this was a bit harsh decision considering it hasn't even been five games so far, and he only lost one of the games so far, they just got a draw a lot and have no wins so I understand that's not great and they are not doing fine but I think it's quite important that we are going to see that we are going to make some changes and we will see that they are not going to get that much greater just because they sacked him and got someone else. Unless they end up getting someone great of course, then it could change and we could see something big changing and the results could matter a lot.

I believe that the best thing to do right now would be just focusing on what we can do with whatever we have and that would be better. Roma had a great start with De Rossi, then got worse, maybe new manager will start great and finish badly as well we do not know and that is why they should be careful with what they are doing.

It seems really too strange to me that Rabiot agreed to go to Marseille for so little money and without even playing the Champions League. It's truly a mystery, however Thiago Motta openly told everyone in front of the journalists that he had spoken to the player and that he had nothing in his way. so on comparisons it seems strange to me that Juventus hindered the player!
Why not agree, he left Juventus because his contract expired and with Marseille is also not bad decision, indeed this season Marseille did not play in the UCL competition but there is great potential that Marseille has to be able to win Ligue 1 or get UCL ticket next season.
Previously there were several team that were reported to be close to Rabiot but in the end all of them did not reach good agreement, on the other hand there is also no problem with Juventus which may not hinder because they cannot fulfill Rabiot wishes in terms of salary.
There was an offer to re-extend the contract for one season and Juventus gave 7 million euros per season with an additional 1 million but Rabiot refused and indeed the place he could go was Marseille even though the salary was far below what Juventus offered.

yes, in fact, everyone agreed and the club expressed itself positively on the player, only that they had not found the salary in economic terms which are absolutely too many for a player like Rabiot, having said that, Juventus did what any club would have done, or give him away and try to reduce the amount of wages so as to be able to afford other players available on the market

This kind of situation can only be felt by Joao himself. He realized that in the end the environment at Atletico was not very friendly to him even though we can see that his relationship with the players is still well established and the advantage of playing in La Liga where the tension and atmosphere is smaller but it does not make Joao comfortable because he does not have a good relationship with the coach and even not a few fans from Atletico do not really like Joao there especially when Joao is loaned to Barcelona.

This certainly has an impact on comfort so that when Chelsea offers him to return and have a much more awake relationship than when he was at Atletico then I don't think he will think more so that he decides to join Chelsea again this season.

I agree with you regarding the potential influence of the team's environment on a player's performance. Joao Felix certainly didn't seem to thrive at Atletico Madrid, despite La Liga being generally thought of as less demanding than the Premier League. His issues with the coach and lack of support from fans likely affected his confidence and overall comfort. So, there's a chance that he might do better back at Chelsea, given that the environment seems more supportive and he's already familiar with it. But then again, Chelsea's team dynamic is prone to change, as we've seen from their history. The potential for the team to slip back into their old disarray could pose a challenge for Felix. Only time will tell how he'll perform in his return to the Premier League.

The most important thing is that for Juventus this decision was not a problem, because Rabiot was an important player for the midfield. And now, after a few matches, we can say that Motta made the right decision, he was able to reduce the team's salary, and this is not only about Rabiot but also about Chiesa, who wanted a big salary. And the most important thing is that without these players, Juventus became better, although not all their matches are as they want, but Juventus with Motta has definitely become stronger.

2. https://www.teamtalk.com/chelsea/blues-transfers-five-man-list-replace-superstar-includes-barcelona-man-blues-failed

Mudryk is also listed? Not surprised though. He couldn't meet the expectations for a really long time.  Sad  Chelsea haven't been doing great for years, that's the truth. However this can't be an excuse at the same time.

Just look at Palmer for example. He has been showing an enormous level of performance despite the struggles of the team. He had the biggest role in climbing many positions on the final weeks of the previous season.

Disasi and Badiashile aren't bad players normally. They both have potential but it turns out they can't do well here. Chelsea should just learn to make only the needed signings for them from now on.

yes, in fact, everyone agreed and the club expressed itself positively on the player, only that they had not found the salary in economic terms which are absolutely too many for a player like Rabiot, having said that, Juventus did what any club would have done, or give him away and try to reduce the amount of wages so as to be able to afford other players available on the market
Motta's arrival to Juventus has changed everything at Juventus after he made many changes in the squad, one of the players who had an effect on Motta arrival was Rabiot, Motta has emphasized that he will keep Rabiot but Rabiot desire to get a high salary actually made Motta change his mind by looking for other midfielder who could replace Rabiot position now, So in the end Juventus no longer tries to keep Rabiot like before in the team, actually Rabiot is a good midfielder and many teams are interested in recruiting him but the big salary demand makes the clubs withdraw although he is a free transfer.

His mother, who is Rabiot agent, is too imposing a high salary for clubs that want to recruit him, so he continues to receive criticism for being seen as a player who earns money and prefers to be unemployed previously, But all the speculation with happened to Rabiot is finally over after he signed a contract with Marseille at this time, but so far there is no information about how much salary he will get with Marseille, previously, Rabiot earned a salary of almost 10 million euros in juventus and there may be a significant difference in his salary at Marseille now if considering that Marseille is not a team that has strong finances in Ligue 1.

This is the ugliness of Chelsea management that looks very bad in recruiting which ends very funny.
Mudryk from the beginning was doubted by most of the fans but actually for me it all depends on the coach and management who improve the talent he has. I'm not saying Mudryk is bad but he just needs support and a coach who is really experienced to be able to appear with the talent he wants.
But back to Chelsea management who are always unable to improve the talent of the players and waste money in vain. And if the rumor comes true, it is likely that Mudryk will be released at a cheap price and a team like Dortmund will likely get him.

After going through four less than satisfactory matches and losing against Empoli De Rossi was officially sacked by AS Roma. If you look at AS Roma's performance it was not too bad and they only drew and only lost once but the management did not consider anything even though the match had only entered the fourth match. Now looking for another coach will not necessarily be able to provide better and maybe the new coach must try to adapt to the team.

Serie-A is indeed quite competitive and a little mistake can make a coach lose his job and now AS Roma must find a coach. Rudi Garcia and Lampard are rumored to replace De Rossi and maybe these two coaches will be considered as the right replacements.
I think dismissal of coach it's not a matter of whether a league is competitive or not, because every team certainly has its own views on retaining or firing a coach, we know how Juventus continues to defend with Allegri previous who continued to fail to bring Scudetto for juventus , as well as Atalanta who entrusted Gasperini for a long time without the title previous and Milan and Napoli who actually sacked Spalletti and Pioli when they could still be at the top Serie A standings so far, I think the dismissal carried out by Roma is none other than De Rossi inability to can improve Roma performance and also the game although they has fulfilled all the requests from De Rossi in transfer market, in recent seasons Roma only targets to qualify for the Champions League as a condition to retain the coach, So when Roma is down and does not have a good performance at the moment, course firing the coach will be the right solution to do at the beginning of the season to continue to provide opportunities and time for the new coach to bring Roma on fulfil the target of qualifying for the Champions League later.
Napoli and Spaletti situation was a bit different than all of these. Spaletti made Napoli a winner and he wanted money according to that, he is getting paid a good amount of money from Italian national team right now and he wanted that money from Napoli and Napoli decided that Spaletti doesn't worth that just because he won, they were of course wrong but they are famously cheap, right now Conte is making less money than what Spaletti asked for, and they thought that if they have a winner team then we are going to see Napoli win with cheaper manager as well.

This wasn't some "sacked" situation, it was about a disagreement over the contract and salary discussions, so it's quite clear that we are going to see something different here. I believe that we are going to see Roma hire someone decent, they didn't fire De Rossi for money, they may spend even more to get some good manager and change all of this, they might do something quite nice with a new strong manager.

Disasi and Badiashile aren't bad players normally. They both have potential but it turns out they can't do well here. Chelsea should just learn to make only the needed signings for them from now on.
Mudryk performance has been very low, which everyone felt given him more playing time would have at least boost his potentials to becoming a better player in the team which goes along with adapting to Maresca's style of playing, but unfortunately seems he's moving from bad to worst which is not good for a player worth that amount. Despite, selling him at this point isn't going to fit in due to his market value depreciating, sending him on loan first with a buy option can help if only he performs better where his being sent to which will automatically increase his purchasing value.

I would not agree on Badiashile, he has not yet been a contributing factor to the team, they need to sell him instead of keeping and benching him for as long, who knows he might become a key player for the club but may as well not end up a Premier league team.
