Considering winter transfer window has closed and only one opportunity left by signing free agent player, Barcelona have right decision by signing Wojciech Szczęsny after his contract expiry with Juventus and recently announces retired from football career.

Well this is good decision because that way Barcelona can still have goalkeeper who can be relied on and they can easily continue their mission by being able to participate in every competition especially UCL with squad that is still perfect, moreover Szczesny is goalkeeper who has lot of experience with various big team so this makes it easier for him to play well and adapt to Barcelona players.
But previously it was reported that Szczesny had decided to retire early, now he does not realize his retirement wish and if while playing with Barcelona he can show good quality and make many contributions in saving then it is likely that after the contract expires it can make several other big team interested in having him.
