Actually, Ancelotti's departure has been discussed since last season, especially last season there was news that Ancelotti had an agreement with Brazil, but in the end he stayed at Real Madrid until now.

If Real Madrid didn’t sign defenders and Midfielders against next season, they will still not perform well because these big names in their Midfield are tired already, Luka Modric willl never perform well as he used to, and the likes of Camavinga, Tcuomeni, and Dani Cebalos cannot be relied on in a team like Real Madrid midfield; Jude Bellingham is far better and he is currently the engine of Real Madrid midfield, without him this season, I don’t think Real Madrid will get to where they are now.

It's sad how Real Madrid had dropped in performance, they used to be better from the beginning but it is as you said injuries are also part of the reason they are struggling but I still blame Ancellotti a bit because he didn't really prepare well. When a season is about to begin all teams are supposed to prepare for injuries as well because it is part of the game and should be expected at anytime so I expect teams to have enough squad depth to start the season. Ancellotti knew about this and still chose to sign only a few when he knows most of his defenders are injury prone but they still tried their best staying strong till this time.
TAA would definitely boost the team with his quality but adding only TAA will not be enough so I expect them to add more players in all departments especially the midfield and defense.

What makes you feel that Zidane would be able to win trophy for Real Madrid like he did then, because he has no club to gain experience to improve his skills. Xabi Alonso has a job and is improving everyday from the experience he's having on the pitch. Well, Zidane is one of the greatest coach but you need to understand that in the squad depth of Real Madrid, those players are no longer there on whom Zidane used to implement his tactics. So if you want to relive those moments, that is not possible at all. And if we look at reality, maybe Zidane's tactics will not work on Real Madrid. Because Zidane used to emphasize more on
crosses, but unfortunately, there is no fair crosser in Real Madrid at the moment. So it may be that Zidane's returning may prove to be bad.
