It is common knowledge that managers who successfully lead their teams to win titles will be targeted by other big clubs who fail to win titles or want to get a replacement for their old coach who leaves. Napoli has a champions League squad already and if they get more players like the Kevin De Bruyne, combine with Lukaka, McTominay and they work on the back then they can have a solid team to compete in the champions League for next season.

Pep Guardiola is a coach that looks for alternative before allowing any of his players to leave I believe the coach is seriously looking for a better replacement for  Kevin De Bruyne because he can't afford to miss those great passes if he doesn't get a good player that will cover the space of Kelvin.

I read previously that Manchester City didn't offer Kevin De Bruyne a new contract so he has to leave even though he wanted to stay and his next direction might be MLS with a club named Chicago Fire. I am a bit surprised he will move to Napoli, not the best club to join in my opinion unless he wants to stay in Europe and close from Belgium. Otherwise Saudi Pro League could be a better choice.

I just did some research on the development myself, and it looks to be true. It is shocking and raises a lot of questions. Could Napoli owners be the issue? Because what could be prompting such a move when he just achieved success in the club? Maybe there is an internal conflict that we know nothing about.

There is only one thing that will make a coach like Antoine Conte to leave a club, and that is when the club is not ambitious. Antonio Conte as we all know is someone who likes to manage at the top level. Possibly he has seen Napoli's attitude in terms of bringing money to buy players in the transfer market. Maybe the club are not ready to back him up with enough funds to get the kind of players he wants and Conte that I know will walk away than to manage a team that's not ready to back him financially in the transfer market. This won't be the first time he will be doing that. He walked away at Tottenham Hotspur because of the owner attitudes in player recruitment. So I strongly believe that could be the reason why Antonio Conte is  leaving Napoli.

And you never know what is going on most of the time. It could be the club who doesn't him anymore, it could be Conte who doesn't Napoli anymore and nobody would be surprised if he is negotiating with other clubs for a long time already. It is well known how the whole business works and honesty and transparency is probably not what international football stands for.

This reminds us of when Luciano Spalletti managed to bring the Scudetto to Napoli and the following season he left. There was a problem at an internal level it seems because they always made mistakes after winning the title. That will be a great move for him, I'm already looking at how he's going to blend well with  Lukaku upfront giving him a lot of assist that will yield a lot of goals for the team. Truth is that at the level of Kevin debryn, he's going to continue playing really well for any club he chooses to go to till he decides it's time to retire. He's just going to be like Luka modric, even though age isn't on his side, his few minutes of play always makes a lot of difference in his team.

Kevin debryn can't play in Europe again because of the bond he's built with Manchester city, it will be deficult for him to suddenly play for another team in same league which will place him at a position of playing against his club too often, at least in Italia seria A, he's going to experience a totally different football setting. If that option doesn't work out for him, then the next stop will be to try out the the Saudi league just for the fun till he eventually will decide to retire. He's seen it all in his football career so there's nothing too serious to fight for any longer.

I think it was bad that Conte left Napoli after making them champions. Because Napoli found themselves with him. The biggest share in the championship they achieved this year belongs to coach Antonio Conte. I think the management should try to keep him in the great team. However, they changed the coach after the last championship. Actually, I couldn't understand what the management wanted to do. It doesn't make sense to me that they would send away the coach who made the team champions.

I've read that all Man United players are open to the most expensive offers. The problem is that Man United's financial situation is not good after failing to qualify for the UCL. I also heard that they have laid off 100 employees. In addition, they also received a fine from Adidas.  

The other news is that Matheus Cunha has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with the Red Devils. Man United must pay Cunha's release clause at Wolverhampton Wanderers which amounts to 62.5 million Pounds. Reportedly he will wear number 10 at Man United.

I don't know if it was a dispute or what. However, what is clear is that Conte actually only wants the club to bring in a suitable replacement after the team released Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to PSG. And reportedly there is also a problem of facilities that are not well supported which might make Conte a little uncomfortable at this club. But even so, Conte seems to be enjoying his time coaching at Napoli. And if he really leaves Napoli then I'm sure his next destination could be Juventus. Or I would estimate that it is still a Serie A club. It could also be AS Roma which actually needs a new coach. But I hope that Conte stays here and continues to take Napoli further next season. Moreover, next season Napoli will have to fight in the Champions League and several domestic leagues at once. And if this team has to change coaches again then that will be very bad for this team.

The news about Conte seems to be getting attention. This morning I read several articles about Conte who was rumored to be leaving Napoli. But it seems that this news is not certain. But for Conte, if he leaves Napoli, he will definitely have no difficulty finding another club that would accept his services as a coach.
