After Liverpool this season will Mo be playing for Galatasaray next campaign or is he going to choose the Saudi if they came Knocking? If this deal happens will it be a big miss for Liverpool? The only advantage Galatasaray will have over Saudi Arabian clubs for the signing of Mohammed Salah is if Mo prioritizes a move to an European club over a move outside Europe but I feel Mo Salah will rather fancy playing in Saudi for a huge fee to enjoy his retirement. There is nothing else to prove in Europe for Salah, it will be wise to accept a move to Saudi and make enough money before retiring. Mohamed Salah is a very good player and he's still very strong and inform for now his 33 years old and we don't know how many years he will still want to play before retiring but from what I know judging from his age he has no much time so he may decide to go to Saudi Arabia and make more huge amount of money for himself before he retires, Galatasaray can't compete with Saudi Arabia teams when it comes to giving good deal in teams of money, Saudi Arabia teams will surely offer bigger money than Galatasaray and I'm sure Mohamed Salah will go to the team that has the bigger money offer. But the only advantage Galatasaray may have is if Mohamed Salah still wants to be playing in champions League if he wants that he will gladly go to Galatasaray but if he sees that there's no need anymore he will go for the money which means he will go to Saudi Arabia. For me Mohamed Salah has achieved everything possible so he should just go to Saudi Arabia make more money and then retire.

"despite his age", I understand we can't say he's young anymore but in today's football he's not even that old: he was born in 1992, he's 33 years old and he is in incredible shape, he is a real professional player and you can really see that. For me he can easily play at very high level for at least other 3 years. Just to make an example, Lewandowski is 37 years old and he's still scoring like crazy, why? Because he works a lot on his body and physical shape. Salah is the same, but 4 years younger. If I were Liverpool, I would absolutely keep him.
Who knows how old he really is? I remember there were a lot of scandals with African players regarding their age Joke (or not). Yes, he is "only" 33, but it is obvious that Liverpool should think about who to replace him with, it is better to do this in a planned manner (prepare a replacement over the course of a couple of seasons) than to urgently buy someone for 200 million. As for Lewandowski, age has already had a big impact on him, he scores goals more or less but misses a lot of scoring chances, he is no longer the same striker with a killer instinct that he once was.

Sallah should know what he wants because he has already achieved alot in football since he started playing in Europe. I don't think that he needs to stress himself that much with a lower salary because I don't think that Galatasaray will continue paying him what Liverpool is paying him. It's time for Sallah to retire from Europe football and enjoy his last days of football in Saudi.

Mo Salah has good individual skills, and I don't think it will affect his performance if he plays for another season or two, even though his speed has decreased due to age. Furthermore, Mo Salah isn't a center-forward, so what the coach expects isn't just about scoring goals, but also about how he can help the center-forward score goals. You're right, Lewandowski himself is still capable of playing at a higher level because he has the support of other players, even though overall, the two of them are positioned differently by each other. coach. If he can maintain his physical fitness and maintain his current level of ability, Mo Salah will still be able to play at a good level for the next two or three seasons. However, it also depends on the club, as if they buy a player in the same position and with the same quality, there will be competition for regular playing time for both players.

Previously, the Swedish football team lost against Kosovo, a shocking loss for them, as it was a home defeat. Potter considered this approach a fantastic opportunity, saying that coaching a national team would be a fantastic opportunity. Source: 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄: Graham Potter has been approached by Swedish Federation as NEW COACH!Now this is another headline, Potter is becoming one of the worse coach in the world of football, since after leaving Chelsea he hasn't been with a club for a whole season like nothing successful to write about this manager, he was one of the b et inntge EPL when he was handling Brighton but now he has become an amateur and he can't beat the smallest club with which ever club he handles. Sweden national side are not as stable as theybused to be and they feel by making Potter the manager he will bring them back to winning ways? I doubt because he hasn't shown anything productive, if he couldn't give West Ham what they needed what makes these guys think he can make Sweden better? Handling a national team is not for this guy honestly. The best thing the owner of Chelsea did was sacking Potter, maybe he would've taken the team to relegation if he was still the head coach and was given more time to improve, coaches like Potter are supposed to be in lower division league and not in the Premier League nor even allowed to coach a big team. Currently, a club in the Premier League that signs him as their head coach is taking a huge risk that they could end up regretting, it's not about a hate concerning the man but it's a fact and we might see it in the Swedish team, they have a good squad made up of sharp attackers but he'll likely gon there to make the team worst instead of better, the earlier they recognise that the better for them.

Salah will prefer going to Saudi Arabia than signing for Galatasaray because he has already achieved many things as a footballer and he doesn't need to prove himself as a legend of Liverpool because everyone knows how Salah has helped Liverpool to win trophies. With the way I see things, Salah will go to Saudi League and start earning big money before he retires from football, he is also a Muslim who will be happy to play in Saudi league because the place is a Muslim place. Galatasaray will prefer to sign Salah on a free transfer, which Liverpool will not allow. Liverpool will consider selling Salah to a Saudi Arabian club and get big money than letting him leave for free. I believe that if Liverpool decides to sell Salah in the January transfer window, many Saudi league clubs will want to sign him for a high fee.

By long term, I mean around three years. He can play for Liverpool for another three years and show his performance. Despite being 33 years old, he hasn't improved his form and is still playing at a very high level. Therefore, I don't think it's realistic to think he'll be transferred this summer. He'll definitely sign a contract extension with Liverpool.

The best thing the owner of Chelsea did was sacking Potter, maybe he would've taken the team to relegation if he was still the head coach and was given more time to improve, coaches like Potter are supposed to be in lower division league and not in the Premier League nor even allowed to coach a big team.
Sacking Graham Potter was the best decision but didn't improve situation on ground that time. It was then that Lampard was called in to act as an assistant manager of the club but I guess his worst side of the performance was dragging place with Graham potter after the end of the season. Like Chelsea was suffering back then before Maresca came last season and save the days for Chelsea, if there is any man that need the accolades then he deserves it.
Right now, Potter isn't longer serving any club, last I checked he was the manager of West ham but he was dropped off last month due to their poor performance. He is gust another free man looking for a place he can pitch up and have a free space but which club is going to sign him with this awful statistics of his, he need to do better or better he should go and work with his natinal team, maybe he can rebrand his profile there and then come back as head coach to major clubs in Europe.

So, PSG are now in talks with Willian Pacho to extend his contract, increase his salary & possibly extend it until 2031, right? And yeah, Pacho has made his mark since arriving from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer of 2024. He is now a regular starter & especially a defensive pillar in PSGs league matches.
Perhaps PSG is so confident that Pacho abilities will continue to improve in the coming seasons that it threatens to attract a bigger team, so they're quickly tying him to a new contract and a release clause, which is likely their primary goal. But I think these contract extension negotiations are too rushed, considering the player's current contract expires in 2029. Perhaps waiting another season would be better. I think they're taking a premature step toward a contract that expires in 2029. However, we can't rule out the possibility of the player demanding a higher salary. Therefore, they could offer the player the salary he wants in a new contract, thus extending the contract. Pacho was one of the players who made a significant impact this season. We could see similar performances from him in the new year, which is why Paris Saint-Germain may want to keep him on the team long-term.

The Swedish football team showed the most disgusting game in the Club World Cup qualifying match, Because we saw that this team lost their last match at home against Kosovo, as a result, the team's authorities have fired their current manager because they are deeply remorseful after the embarrassment against Kosovo. But I am surprised to see their manager selection at this stage because they are looking to select Graham Potter, a manager who has also been sacked by two Premier League clubs in the past. If Graham Potter were so experienced then perhaps it is certainly true that two Premier League clubs would not be upset with him. So at this stage it is correct that Sweden are still unable to create an advantage in these World Cup qualifiers and they need to do more research before hiring a manager as the situation is not in their favour.

I do not think he's beat fit for this role and job. This is not a good sign to advance. I hope the management done due diligence. That nation deserves better truthfully. Well, those two loses they've seen, they should have won, you can not have double goal machines leading the pack and not be productive with them. Showing him the exit was just the perfect call to make.

Graham Potter have bad statistic as manager with Chelsea after playing 22 games with the following result 7 win, 7 draw and 8 losses the Chelsea's management decision sacked him as greatest ideas. I don't think what happen with Chelsea and how dropped position standings still defend him as manager after poorly bad performance and bad tactician. Now unbelievable with Graham Potter linked will be Sweden national team manager, although their previous manager failed bring Sweden team qualify to World Cup 2026 but appointed Graham Potter become another bad decision. Previously after sacking as Chelsea manager have premier league team West Ham United appointed him to be manager, but playing 22 games have bad result 6 win, 5 draw and 10 losses. Lets see with Graham Potter future will be Sweden team manager although almost over their opportunity get qualifying to World Cup behind many points remaining with the top standings team awhile.

Potters Chelsea record was much worse than many had expected, i could see 12 wins, 8 draws & 11 losses in 31 games. Thats an average of just 1.42 points per game. Thats the lowest points per game in the clubs recent history. you know, his time at West Ham hasnt been going so well either, big losses, bad starts & pressure from fans & board. So yeah , your skepticism is justified. It would be a risky bet to hire him as Swedens manager. however to be balanced, he has a long history in Swedish football, Östersunds, & he may understand the environment there better than other outsiders. if Sweden plans to rebuild the entire team & wants to take a risk, he may be seen as a project coach rather than an instant fix.

Now this is another headline, Potter is becoming one of the worse coach in the world of football, since after leaving Chelsea he hasn't been with a club for a whole season like nothing successful to write about this manager, he was one of the b et inntge EPL when he was handling Brighton but now he has become an amateur and he can't beat the smallest club with which ever club he handles.
I beg to differ with on this one mate. Coaching career success is independent, their success in the new challenge does not depend on their previous challenges. Although, people generally believe that once a coach had a bad experience and got sacked, he won't bounce back and would be judged upon that bad experience which is very unfair. Graham Potter reign as a Chelsea manager was never a great experience that could boost his chance in future opportunities but I don't expect him to continue being that bad in his future career. Most at times, some of this coach accept jobs that will frustrate their lives and make them look inexperienced trying to make themselves fit in a job beyond their experience. Take a look at Chelsea legend, Frank Lampard who had a terrible management as Chelsea head coach but having a smooth experience in his current management because that's his level. Perhaps, Potter might be the right person for the Swedish national team. I get your point but when it comes to Potter he needs to start from a smaller team before getting to a bigger club and when I saw this news of him becoming the next Sweden national coach I just imagine him making a mess like he did with West Ham. I don't think he can do better than what we saw at West Ham. He couldn't change the way he handled the previous club, nothing changed as a manager with a different chapter so what makes you think he can withstand the pressure of a national side? This Lampard situation at Chelsea shows that is not every player or coach that can excel in big clubs, some run very fast to manage a big club with too much expectations and they know they can't manage a club with too much pressure but they still go ahead to try and at the end they see themselves in a confused state without knowing what to do or how to elevate the club to a better form and it also causes the fans to see them as one clueless manager but if they manage a smaller club they'll do perfectly fine, now Lampard is making Coventry become a stronger side to challenge for titles, that's the same path I expect Potter to follow, let him start all over again to get it right before involving in a bigger challenge.

Not even Ronaldo and Messi are the same they used to be, everybody ages, but they still score. I remember back in the '90s and '00 when a 33-34 year old player was considered super old and pretty much his career was done; now, with improved training and diet systems, many players can play for many extra years: seeing 35 year old players performing very well is becoming some normal, 20 years ago it was unthinkable. For sure Liverpool must think about their future but for the short term I'd keep Salah in team.

On X and other social forum I have seen comments of Arsenal fans and football lover talk about lack of space for Mikel Merino in the Arsenal squad while on the National level this guy is a core player for Spain. Arsenal signed Mikel Merino from Real Sociedad for an initial fee of about £27.4 million plus approximately £4.2 million in add-ons, making the total potential cost ~ £31.6 million. For a player who is not a profound starter for Arsenal he has scored a 1 equalizing goal against Newcastle this season, bring the team back to their victory. While at the international games, he has 8 appearances and 8 goals. I feel he is less talked about, but this dude is on another level as a midfielder.

You simply referring to Merino? He's a good player equipped with more extraordinary qualities. I didn't forsee such qualities in his former club but in Arsenal, his valued gone up already. Merino is a keyman for Mikel Arteta, it's just a matter of time before the Spaniard is been recognized in the club. Merino is a versatile player that can cope with any role been given to him. Mikel Arteta ensure he's good use of the player in favorite position that will support the club against average and elite oppositions. Big game player, we look at Merino because he's capable of delivering the club. For instance, when Kai Havertz was injured and sidelined for months, Merino stepped up with banging goals in consecutive games. He's the kind of player Arsenal would need to accumulate three points.

There were exceptions, like Mateus, but he was more exotic than Modric seems now. Yes, it's a matter of medicine and general progress, but it's also a matter of changing the rules (for example, tackles from behind are prohibited). Football today is far from what it used to be, when players literally fought on the field. By the way, I remembered that in one year Salah was the fastest player in the Premier League, which undoubtedly helped him beat defenders, now he’s hardly even in the top 10 or 20.

If he can maintain his physical fitness and maintain his current level of ability, Mo Salah will still be able to play at a good level for the next two or three seasons. However, it also depends on the club, as if they buy a player in the same position and with the same quality, there will be competition for regular playing time for both players.
I believe Mo Salah still has more productive seasons ahead of him with his fitness still in check and potentials as he has proven to be an outstanding player over the years with consecutive golden boots for Liverpool. Its only natural he retires in Liverpool where he should be given a remarkable send off as a legend of the Reds side. Every player has a bad season and this has not really being the season for Salah compared to previous seasons but i still believe in his potentials regardless and i know he would make a comeback of scoring goals.
