With Manchester City, Pep Guardiola has won several titles, especially the Champions League, which is very difficult to achieve, but under Pep Guardiola's guidance, they succeeded. Pep Guardiola also made history in the Premier League, as he is the only manager to have won the title four consecutive seasons. The decline in his players' performance is natural, as competitors are starting to show changes, and perhaps Pep Guardiola himself won't have an easy time competing for the title this season, as several teams are also showing changes.
Pep Guardiola most successful manager won 4 premier league trophies in a row since season 2020/21 until 2023/24, actually Pep Guardiola have won 15 trophies with Manchester City since appointed as manager at season 2016/2017 and difficult for getting manager can dominance for longer time. Greatest achievement of Pep Guardiola as Manchester City's manager when success winning UEFA Champion League trophy at season 2022/23 and its the first UCL tittle for The Citizen.

Loyal management make Pep Guardiola not difficult for dominating at Premier League and perform impressive in Champion League, every window transfer The Citizen's management always spent up much money to sign top player and its reason why Pep Guardiola renew contract last season have been expired. For this season likely Manchester City still at the race for winning Premier League but in Champion League not really sure will reach until final round or not.

Pep Guardiola has helped Manchester City won many titles, but last season almost ruined his career at the club if not for his technical know-how that he applied which made the team to finish in a good position. Towards the start of this season, he also got some challenging games which was against Tottenham and the other was against Brighton, but he was very quick to make and adjustment which has made the team become stronger. Pep is indeed a very humble coach because if it was some managers they would have left the club after the heroic 4 straight Premier League titles he won for them. I don't think that Manchester City spend so much on signing new players at every transfer window, besides i didn't hear of any quality signings they made last season, they basically counted on their old players, and they are doing their work perfectly. They can still do well in the Champions League games since they haven't lost any match.

Endrick is still young and will have to wait a few years before he can play in Real Madrid's starting eleven. Like any new young player, ensuring his physical development is Real Madrid's priority. Of course, sending him out on loan is one option. This way, he can gain match experience and avoid losing form. I think a move to France during the mid-season transfer window would be a logical move for him, as France suits his playing style. He could also gain Champions League experience at Marseille.

And most importantly he is also wasting time that could be used to train and to show his form so he can get called to play in the World Cup for the brazilian national team.

If he just stays in the bench with real madrid all these months then Ancelotti won't put him to play in the most important championship of every football player.

This was also reported by another journalist:

🚨 Endrick saldrá en el mes de enero, el jugador ha dado su brazo a torcer y accede a buscar una cesión que le asegure minutos para intentar llegar a tener opciones de ir al Mundial . Se está trabajando en la operación.

Endrick dosent have any space in this team currently,so its normal for him not to get any minutes for Real Madrid. The best thing for him would be to go on loan somewhere else where he can get some playing time. For a young player its important to play and thats why he needs to leave as fast as possible. I agree with you he needs to force a possible loan.

Today, if people consider Manchester City as a great team, it is all because of Pep Guardiola. He enabled the team to win several league titles and most importantly, a big title like the UEFA Champions League, which is certainly a worthy mention for Manchester City.۔۔۔

There is no doubt that all this is Pep Guardiola's ability and this is certainly the reason why Manchester City is ready to spend big amount of money at Pep's request. So that's why Manchester City happily spend as much money as Pep demands every season.

The boy just got to Real Madrid at the wrong time, seriously when Mbappe arrived I knew it will be really difficult for him to get minutes because the likes of Mbappe who had arrive are undroppable and the players already there are too big for the manager to also just drop for no reason, so it will really be hard for Endrick to get minutes here. Going on loan isn’t bad but the problem is Real Madrid hardly calls back loan players, the numbers of those who go and came back to this team to become great players are little. But this is certainly a good move for the young lad most especially as this is the audition season for upcoming World Cup, Endrick has the potential to actually go on and be that striker that Brazil are looking for.

Looking at the current squad, it was clear he wouldn't get enough playing time. Going out on loan would be best for both him and Real Madrid. If he goes to Marseille, he could start regularly in the first 11 there. Ligue 1 may be the smallest of the top five leagues, but there are still solid teams and Endrick could gain valuable experience there.
I assume there will be no purchase option in this loan agreement. Because Real Madrid has made a significant investment in him, even though they currently cannot find a place for him in the squad.

When Lewandowski's contract ends, he will nearly be 38 years old. Will Simeone really think of getting him anyway? Most probably he will be a backup striker and I don't know whether he would be okay with that.

You know what, people are so used to watch Messi and Ronaldo play as a regular starter that they tend to forget not every players are like both of them. Most players that still play over the age of 34 wouldnt even mind to stay on the bench as long as they are getting paid of their contract. In a rough league like the top european league, I bet they would even satistified being a bench warmer and play max 30 minutes each time

Yes, you’re right, but players like Modrić, Lewandowski, and KDB still have that passion and desire to play. When you look at them, they really don’t have to play anymore  they have enough money and everything they need to retire  but they still play because at their age, passion and willpower mean more than money.

I also know that it'll be difficult for Endrick to get playing minutes at Real Madrid after the arrival of Kylian Mbappe but I didn't expect it to be this extreme. The young Brazilian is very talented and possess the confidence of a 25+ player when the ball in one his feet so I thought he'll be coming on from the bench in most games and start during league cups but from all indication, it's obvious that Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso prefers Gonzalo Garcia ahead of Endrick. It breaks my heart to see a boy I once saw as one of the future prospects of the club now relegated to sitting on the bench week in, week out.

In my opinion, a loan move would be a wise choice in order to gain regular playing time. Marseille is one of the best teams for developing young talent, Roberto De Zerbi is a great manager who can help Endrick grow as expected. If Endrick is looking for a tougher challenge, I think he should consider the Premier League or Serie A.

For now, it seems that Real Madrid have no intention of letting Endrick go, as he is considered a long term investment. Xabi Alonso would likely allow him to leave temporarily since there are plenty of options available in the attacking lineup at the moment. However, if a club is willing to meet Real Madrid valuation, I think the management would be open to letting him go.

I don't think that Real Madrid want to lose him but they want him to get more experience and return back eventually when he proved himself in Marseille or any other respectable team.
Kylian Mbappe is one of the top players in the world, still has a lot of years in front of him. For Endrick, having Mbappe in the team while he is just sitting in the bench is not helpful for him to join the Brazilian squad in the upcoming World Cup. Once I heard that Ancelotti and Brazil national team want to see him playing, then I was pretty sure he will move and try to prove himself elsewhere so he can gets a chance to play with his teammates and represents his nation.

In my opinion, Endrick should make a prudent career decision and lend Marseille the loan since De Zerbi can provide him with an environment where his technical and mental development can thrive. It is no longer all about playing time but the normal playing time, rather than chasing a challenge in the premier league or Serie A, whereby he may find himself on the bench. The cautiously taken decision by Xabi Alonso when it comes to the loan indicates that Real Madrid does not wish to jeopardise its investment since the resale value of Endrick will increase with increased experience.

The only two decisions are stay or go, and that's entirely up to Endrick, as he likely has a choice regarding his career.
Arda Guler has proven that despite struggling for playing time under Carlo Ancelotti, he's now getting a chance under Xabi Alonso.
If Endrick can be patient and continue to improve his individual qualities, I'm sure he'll get his chance, as he's still quite young.
However, if Real Madrid ultimately decides to loan Endrick out to avoid losing the player's future value, that's another matter, and perhaps it's already his decision to take on the challenge.

This is one of the things young footballers should consider before signing for an elite club s team like Real Madrid with several options if you do not get lucky to be among the favourite players to the manager what is happening to Endrick in the team is what is going to happen to you, Xabi Alonso has other players who is handling the position of the player very well and they are not having injury issues if you look at the Real Madrid team the way the manager plays the players you will know that he wants instant result and the he doesn't look like someone who is going to be rotating the players when they are getting him the result on their note it will be difficult for Endrick to get a playing time because Mbappe is doing well and also Gonzalo Garcia is more preferred than Endrick in the team, the best would be for him to be lucky to join another team because he is full of talent he doesn't deserve to be seen I nthe bench al the time.

No space left for Endrick for playing with Real Madrid under Xabi Alonso era, good ideas leave Madrid and looking for challenge with other top teams can guarantee more minutes playing. Difference position if comparison between Arda Guller have difficult get more minutes playing under Carlo Ancelotti and right now Guller play regular every match under era Xabi Alonso. Madrid have Kylian Mbappe every match can't stop scoring goals and Gonzalo García until Franco Mastantuono always play regularly.

Rodrygo last season always as regular players under Ancelotti have loss regularly position how possibility with Endrick, not important how long waiting for opportunity because Endrick will get difficult for regular position if Madrid still manage by Xabi Alonso.

Endrick finally agreed to go to another team on a loan move because he doesn't get minutes since Xabi Alonso.
People say he will maybe move to Olympique Marseille
Reports say several european clubs are tracking his situation for January.
It good to see him out of Real Madrid. Xabi Alonso is never going to given him more minutes despite the fact that he is too and definitely he will require more minutes to show up his talent. Real Madrid always prefers a modify player like they never used growing talents, and they always give opportunities to big name. Anyway, Endrick is a wonder kid, and he has very good potential to surge his competency level but unfortunately Real Madrid never give him a chance to shine, whether it's Angelotti or Xabi Alonso. Both never take him trustworthy....

With the departure from Real Madrid, he will find something good because he will find more minutes in the field and because of this he can easily develop his skills.

Snip.

Most of the big coaches are outdated. The new boys in town has taking over the job, the only two coaches I can still give respect, is Luis Enrique and Pep Guardiola. Their style never gets old.

However, with the like of Mikel Arteta, Vincent Kompany and other young coach. Football has is progressing and going into the era of more tactically than individual brilliancy.

Talking about Pep Guardiola it seem he's battling with emotional stress, ever since the divorce issues with his spouse he lost focus, but I just love that he's one of those coaches that adapted to the modern style quickly, if he can put himself together and focus more on the made maybe we could enjoy a better modern style Pep Guardiola's tactics.

As for Enrique, man's a genuis and he amazes me a lot, he combines his old vertical 4-3-3 style at Barcelona with a modern high press and also love his players to make fast transitions, Enrique is someone who love goals so he loves players with an eye for goal in all positions that's why players like Hakimi, Mendez etc who are defenders can easily make runs for goal. Well with time more big coaches would adapt to the modern way.
The divorce issue with Pep was really a problematic one for him which actually affected his team's success last season and it was so psychological that I thought he wouldn't be regaining a whole of himself so fast bit he did and it's obvious on the improvement of the performance of his team now having decisive results in their plays in all competitions.

We all are amazed with how Enrique has vigorously put in some touching transformation into the PSG squad just when their top player Mbappe moved to Real Madrid which should have become a setback somehow for the team in filling the vacuum but Enrique made a reinforcement of the team building a remarkably deep squad with every player being capable of aiming for goals.  However, there's a great guy we ain't also talking much about what he's doing, Cesc Fabregas.

About Endrick I don’t see anything great about him, people spoke as if he is the next great star but I am sorry to say, I don’t think he is. Signing him was low risk for Real Madrid. You have to be a real superstar to make it there though & I don’t think he is.

He seems to be quite arrogant actually, I don’t think he has what it takes to become an elite player. Good luck to him at Marseille though.

I understand Endrick wishes, and he's now open to a loan move because he needs more playing time rather than constantly sitting on the bench. We'll see which teams are interested in taking him on loan in January.
Which club do you think would be a good fit for him? Are there any Premier League teams interested?
