Exjectly, Xabi Alonso should have been given a few more days. Los Blancos board was shaken after losing the Spanish Super Cup final to arch-rivals Barcelona and sacked Xabi Alonso. Real Madrid also announced the name of a new coach within half an hour of Xabi Alonso's dismissal. However, in a statement, Real Madrid CF announced that he had been dismissed as coach by mutual consent between the club and Xabi Alonso.

Alonso has been sacked or has Alonso left madrid ? I see both news. Some news shows that alonso has left madrid. Again, many media outlets say that Madrid has sacked Alonso.

But I am happy that Alonso has left madrid. There are two reasons for this. Firstly , Alonso is not completely successful with madrid yet. Madrid's performance is a bit irregular.

Secondly, Alonso is not given enough respect by Madrid's players. There are many star players in the squad. But they do not follow the coach's instructions properly. We  saw the proof of this in the match against barcelona. If the players do not follow the manager's instructions, it will not be possible for Madrid to improve.

Real madrid is a big club. It was definitely an honor for Alonso to be their manager. But the players do not give enough respect to their manager. So it is better for Alonso not to be with madrid.

Regarding whether Xabi Alonso was fired or left Real Madrid as coach, the news I found mentioned both possibilities, giving rise to different speculations.
If he was indeed fired, it means that Perez made a professional decision with big goals that Xabi Alonso was unable to achieve. If Xabi resigned or left Real Madrid, then that was a noble gesture on his part because he realized that there were big goals that he was unable to achieve.

Based on my speculation, Xabi is no longer at Real Madrid because he is a coach who frequently experiments with the game. The placement of Jude, Arda, and others in positions not aligned with their strengths has caused confusion, even though these players must adapt to Xabi's desired style.
In my opinion, it is too early to end the collaboration.

Less than a year after becoming Real Madrid manager, Xabi Alonso has now had to part ways with his former team, where he was a player. I consider this decision to be a hasty one, he deserves more chances, but the story behind the scenes may not be as beautiful as the reality. Arbeloa has now been appointed as his replacement & it is also reported that Liverpool, who have been inconsistent this season are looking to sign Xabi Alonso as their manager.
I once said that Xabi Alonso would be better off staying with Leverkusen than accepting Real Madrid offer because he would be under pressure due to the club's high demands. Now that everything has been proven true, Real Madrid immediately took decisive action after losing to Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup final. The decision to end the partnership with Xabi was well planned, as evidenced by the club announcing a new coach within just half an hour.

Xabi attitude which seems to be in a hurry to become a top coach, has tarnished his reputation. I prefer Fabregas attitude of wanting to stay at Como even though several big teams are very interested in using his services. Coaching a club like Leverkusen (Xabi Alonso) and Como (Fabregas) will be much easier for those who are just starting their career as a coach than coaching a big club like Real Madrid which is too demanding because the level of success of a coach is always measured by the number of trophies won.

I only saw the news this morning that Alonso was sacked after the defeat in the Super Cup. When I hear this now, I think it was probably inevitable, because they wanted to fire him at the end of last year, but he finished that period well and also started this year well. And apparently the rivalry with Barcelona is extremely important for Real, and they could not accept that defeat. So that loss became the final straw that led to his dismissal. I looked at who the new coach will be, and it means nothing to me, but I am not sure he can be better than Alonso.

When I read this news, I was extremely shocked.
Xabi Alonso is leaving Real Madrid with immediate effect!
I have always thought that going straight into coaching a top club is a big risk! But I don't think Real Madrid are doing badly this season.

Link to the news inside the photo.

It is an opportunity for some and a big risk for others. Big clubs like Real Madrid, Man United and Barcelona comes with a lot of pressure and if you can't withstand these pressures, you will do exactly what Xabi Alonso has done.
Rumours also have it that there's a lot of power given to players in the dressing room and with his personal issues with Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius and Valverde. There's more to the news and what is shown to the public

I’m so disappointed in Real Madrid, I don’t really understand why this decision are made by the board to sack Xabi Alonso, you don’t just take a coach from his previous job where he is doing absolutely spectacular, and sack him for loosing five games, I can’t even imagine how a Club sack a Manager that have played 28 games and lost 5, won 20, and played 3 draws, that is absolutely not a bad record but a good record, I’m thinking there must be something going on that we don’t know and the media doesn’t know.

However we have just gone half of that season, and nothing have been lost, so why sack a manager when you’re in a good position in the La Liga Table, and still in a good course for the Champions League, if I’m club managers there are two clubs I will avoid managing, Chelsea and Real Madrid, right now Manchester United, well I still think this will be impossible because most of this managers are mostly after the money this club have to offer.

Well for Real Madrid their actions with Alonso is very disgraceful.

Poor Alonso. Many people wanted Xabi Alonso to stay at Leverkusen because taking a job at Real Madrid is not easy, as every season you have to win at least one trophy because Real Madrid is not an ordinary club, and that is the biggest burden for every coach. When Xabi was fired after the final defeat, it seemed like Real Madrid's top brass were being cruel to Xabi Alonso, but it wasn't cruelty; it was just normal and it's become a tradition, which is why people are worried that Xabi Alonso will stay with Leverkusen. At Real Madrid, everyone is judged by trophies. It doesn't matter who they are or where they come from.

Now Alvaro Arbeloa will also be the next target. If he can deliver good results for Real Madrid, he will be remembered, even though Arbeloa's status may not be that of a permanent coach at Santiago Bernabeu.

When I read this news, I was extremely shocked.
Xabi Alonso is leaving Real Madrid with immediate effect!
I have always thought that going straight into coaching a top club is a big risk! But I don't think Real Madrid are doing badly this season.

The bigger the club a coach manages, the greater the pressure they will face, both internally and externally. Internal pressure can come from management and players, while external pressure comes from fans. The media will also focus heavily on the performance of any coach, regardless of who they are.

Take Manchester United, for example, a team that is still struggling. They have had 10 coaches handle them, but all have ended badly. However, this is a valuable lesson for Xabi; he will learn a lot to become a successful coach in the future, especially since he is still young for the position.

Fenerbahçe is reportedly meeting with N'golo Kante's agents tomorrow. According to a Turkish journalist (often seen as a local Fabrizio), Fenerbahçe will meet with Kante and his agent, and if an agreement is reached, a transfer to Fenerbahçe is being discussed. As a Fenerbahçe fan, I'm excited because having such a high-quality midfielder would be a huge advantage for us, especially for the Europa League.
There are claims that N’Golo Kante is struggling to adapt to life in Saudi Arabia. I guess he joined Al-Ittihad because of the high financial gains but might want to taste European football again. Fenerbahçe might also face tough competition with other clubs in Europe because the 34-year-old midfielder is on the radar of other top clubs in Europe. The French midfielder has not lost his strength and has been part of the Les Bleus in their World Cup qualifiers.
Most of the players that go to the Saudi Arabia League are still able to play in Europe, we have seen some of them leave to go back to Europe and even play well in there. Most players are lured there by the money but I won't say the same for Ngolo Kante even though it's difficult to tell who went for the money.
I'm surprised to see that Kante didn't adapt well there, it could be old age or something else but I still think he can perform well in Europe even now so I am not surprised to see clubs battle themselves to sign him. Turkey is a nice place to be and Fenerbahce are not doing badly so he can adapt easily there.

Poor Alonso? I don't see anything wrong with joining Real Madrid it's just unfortunate that things didn't go well and that he had to leave so early. He still lacks experience and it's obvious but I think he will learn something from this move and this exit doesn't mean the end for him, he can still rise to the top again if he doesn't get affected by this. Success is not supposed be easy and even top coaches like Ancellotti and Mourinho didn't have it easy at first, they experienced a few scenario where they were sacked but that didn't weigh them down and they still went on to be one of the best coaches in the world.

I think that why he was sacked is more of players power than their performance on the pitch because he has made an official statement this afternoon that he was sacked because he told the president that he can't give players so much power, that it is making them to misbehave in the dressing room. So I believe it is true, because with the misbehaviours of some players at real madrid, you wouldn't even have a doubt about xabi Alonso statement.
Quote

However we have just gone half of that season, and nothing have been lost, so why sack a manager when you’re in a good position in the La Liga Table, and still in a good course for the Champions League, if I’m club managers there are two clubs I will avoid managing, Chelsea and Real Madrid, right now Manchester United, well I still think this will be impossible because most of this managers are mostly after the money this club have to offer.
Who told you that most of these managers don't know all this things, they knows it all but they will still go for the job because of the financial benefits attached to the job, and if they are sacked, they will still be  payed handsomely, so  i am not surprised, since these managers are like women that will always choose a toxic and an abusive partner, that is filthy rich, than choose an average income earner that treats them nicely.

Joining Real Madrid could have made him a great coach? When it ends like this, it makes him seem like a useless coach. Given his lack of experience, he should have chosen another option instead of agreeing to take on the role of Don Carlo's successor. This is Real Madrid, not some other club that doesn't demand more.

In the case of Xabi Alonso, I hope Perez can give Alonso a full season because there's still the Copa del Rey and the Champions League if La Liga can no longer be won by the end of the season. If this is how Real Madrid's leadership acts, it could allow Alonso to end his tenure at Real Madrid with pride, meaning Alonso must further improve his abilities.

That's right, it's not the end of the world for Xabi, he can still develop into a great coach at any club in the future. The point of Xabi's departure is a lesson that no matter how good a coach's qualities and tactics are, they won't be effective without the full support of the players, fans and club officials.

Since everything has happened, so we'll see what Arbeloa can do to improve the situation, IMO he's a temporary coach until the season is over and Madrid look for a replacement.

Arbeloa isn't going to do much. Let's look at Real Madrid condition, what exactly do you think Xabi has done that Arbeloa can do better. If it's goals, Mbape has made that possible and more will come next. The exact problem has not been fix and that's defenders. The team lack mad defenders that can make their goals stand, you can't score with weaker defending and think you are going to win, even if the other team has weak forward, they can still pass through.

It's going to be funny and Xabi will be right if after this humiliation and Rea Madrid couldn't make any differences. Look at where Barcelona is standing at the top of the table with 4 points. That means right now, it's expected of Barcelona to lose good match and Real Madrid will have to keep going before they can be consider to be at the front of other teams. That's impossible unless if I'm going to witness real football before the end of the season.

I don't think Arbeloa has been appointed as the permanent manager. He must be the interim manager for now. It doesn't make sense to move on with him in the end after parting ways with someone like Xabi Alonso.  Tongue

Klopp's name has been circulating in the rumours but I have heard he doesn't want to go there currently. Then I wonder who's going to be next for them. A return by Zidane maybe? He has been waiting for the France job for a while though.

If Endrick can play optimally with Lyon then don't expect Real Madrid to let him go permanently, because it is a signal that Madrid can put this player for long-term investment and another fact is that there is no agreement with Lyon regarding making him permanent after the loan ends. If Endrick really wanted to leave Real Madrid then his performance should be unstable so there is no consideration for him, imo. Madrid brought in this player by spending 47 million and currently his market value is only 25 million this means that Madrid does not want to suffer greater losses. The scenario is different if Endrick wants to be a main player at Real Madrid, then he has to play optimally with Lyon.

Another good reason why I will agree to your statement is that Xabi Alonso is no longer the manager of Real Madrid. He was the one who never saw Endrick as part of his project. Now that Álvaro Arbeloa is Real Madrid's head coach, he might see Endrick as a core player for Real Madrid's future. Nevertheless, it will also be left for Endrick to make his final decision. Unfortunately, with the experience of not getting a start in the club, he wont accept an agreement to remain in Real Madrid. That I'm sure of.

I also thought Manchester United would seek the services of an established coach.
Carrick's role is temporary. United will still look for suitable candidates that will take over the job by the end of the summer. The only way he may get the job is if he does well as a caretaker coach.

Quote
This might be an opportunity for Carrick to prove that he has what it takes to lead a top-flight club.
I could still remember how Barca brought in Pep Guardiola from their B team to coach the senior team after firing Frank Rijkaard. He went on to make a mark for himself, and today he's one of the best coaches in the world. So if you do not give people opportunity, you won't know their worth. This might be Carrick's opportunity to show everyone what he's got.

OOhhhhh. Just as United is gearing up to get Carrick, now Real Madrid has fired Xabi Alonso... I am seriously pleading to United and INEOS to give it a thought. I know that Xabi will probably not accept the job easily because he JUST got fired, so starting another job in a few days would be very terrible for him, it would be very wild for his personal life as well.

But do whatever you do, pay whatever you can, overpay him double whatever he was making at Real Madrid if you have to, make him the highest earning manager in the world if you must, and GET HIM.
Your application has been rejected by INEOS. Grin
Carrick has become the interim coach until the end of the season for Man United hopefully he can bring his team better than the previous coach.
Xabi won't just accept an offer when he has been sacked, and Man United will consider other factors, on the other hand Xabi might evaluate what is wrong with him.

Manchester United finally have some sense to sign someone who knows better about the club as an interim until the end of season. I like that caused by Carrick was the one who suggested some proper midfielder to the club. So i believe he aware with his club's loophole.
However, it takes too long for them just to sign an interim. This clearly shows how dumb their board is.

Anyway, his experience in managing a club still questionable, but i believe he can pick a midfielder to solve MU's problem. It's interesting to see what name he's gonna pick to solve it.
If he can solve it and drag them to the top 6. I think he deserves a permanent contract.

I don't think Arbeloa is certain he's an interim coach either. I think it will depend on how the team plays under him and whether Perez can reach an agreement with Klopp or another renowned coach. Zidane definitely won't coach Real Madrid because he's waiting for his turn to coach the French national team. I think it's more prestigious for him, something he's wanted and waited a long time for. He could return to Real Madrid again when they're looking for a new coach.

Here we go Guys!!!
Real Madrid has brought in Alvero Arbeloa for their management seat after the immediate affect. Tomorrow Super Cup were the last opportunity for Xabi Alonso to figure out his future but unfortunately he failed to win the final and that's why Real Madrid have go for another coach Arbelo. This season Xabi Alonso didn't even make any good progress due to some injuries suspect as well as his lack of understanding for player instructions....

Thus far today the Xabi Alonso era has been officially ended with 22 win, 4 draw and 5 defeats. I think it not too bad but still they brought Arbeloa for his job. So Arbeloa will be now their future coach but I don't know he will have a good impact or bad because we didn't see his coaching skill.

What did you think Guys
Let me know
Congratulations to Alvero Arbeloa. I hope he wins his first game tomorrow against Albacete. Right now, I think Madrid players are given more power than the managers so the way way I see it, if Arbeloa can’t get the locker room (Mbappe and Vini) under control, then his stay at Real Madrid is going to be a very short one.
