There is no contract address because the ICO is not over. When tokens will be issued after that the address of the contract will be available.

WSUR is a token based on Waves, SUR is based on Ethereum.
Tokens based on Ethereum are selected by default.
You don't need to change them to WSUR if you've chosen Ethereum token-base.

I agree with you Suretly will soon be listed on Ether and HitBtc because these 2 markets are very interested in the altcoin from the ICO projects and I am sure in the next few months this altcoin will soon be listed on Bittrex.

etherdelta and hitbtc not good exchanger, is good if listing in bittrex
in early listing prefered to liqui, if compare hitbtc and etherdelta

I doubt they will be listed on bittrex because it is based in the U.S and getting into the U.S market is still in the future phase plans for suretly.
That being said i do hope it is listed on a high volume exchange it would be worth the extra $ spent imo.

It is better to transfer your tokens to your wallet when they will be transferable. The dashboard will exist for some time but it will be closed in some time. The announcement will be made.

What kind of reward distribution do you mean? As far as I know Eugene has posted in Bounty Thread about bounty rewards. Please, check it out there.
